2	What do you do if someone gives you the silent treatment to get back at you? I usually proceed to behave and talk to them as normal. If I approach them and they're being unreasonably silent (talking way less like with one word or not at all) I'd usually call them out on it "Are you seriously doing this you're not a kid" and usually they break out of it by then and if not I'd say something like "well then, whenever you calm down come talk to me". 2	Questions about fat loss Join a combat sports gym I have no good advice on diet but I dropped some weight doing boxing and was able to stay lighter without much else in terms of working out (I'd drive my bike to work though for about 40 min one way) You mentioned you want to be more confident too.
