Not me. If a man gave me a gift bag full of items in my favourite colour, I’d accept it as a thoughtful gift.

It reads as a man did something thoughtful for a woman to me

That’s just one woman. Doesn’t mean none of us can change the damn batteries!
/r/MensRights15/03/25 08:34 PM

That’s… stupid. If he signed his rights away, he doesn’t owe the woman anything

If he signs all rights away, he doesn’t owe her child support from what I understand
/r/MensRights15/03/25 08:25 PM

I agree. Both people should be responsible for their own contraception. Condom for him, Pill/patch/ring/implant/shot/patch/IUD for her. However even just one person using contraception can still be 99% effective against pregnancy. I’ve had plenty of sex where there’s no condom and the only protection is my combo pill. I’ve never been pregnant
/r/MensRights15/03/25 08:24 PM

Men can opt out of parenthood too. It’s called signing their parental rights away
/r/MensRights15/03/25 08:20 PM

I can open a jar too. It’s called running it under hot water for a few minutes to soften the seal 🙄

Us women can change a damn lightbulb…. WTF?
/r/MensRights15/03/25 08:16 PM

Contraception failed, contraception wasn’t used and pregnancy still wasn’t wanted
/r/MensRights15/03/25 08:12 PM

Men cannot have a choice when it comes to abortion other than signing their parental rights away because pregnancy doesn’t affect them. They aren’t spending 9 months with back pain or higher blood pressure. He’s not the one whose genitals are ripped bringing the baby into the world
/r/MensRights15/03/25 08:10 PM
1

Tough shit. You can’t kill me and not kill the baby as well. I’m in Canada where abortion is accessible and legal. I’ve never been pregnant because I take my pill perfectly and I am adamant about not getting pregnant, however I love being ejaculated into, so I make damn sure I never ever miss a birth control pill.
/r/MensRights15/03/25 08:08 PM

But she can still abort if she ends up pregnant and doesn’t wanna be pregnant
/r/MensRights15/03/25 08:07 PM

Oh
/r/MensRights15/03/25 08:06 PM

If she absolutely doesn’t want children yet doesn’t use any contraception at all, I’m gonna say she’s being an idiot
/r/MensRights15/03/25 08:05 PM

Yes, we are. My birth control pill fails? I’m aborting. I don’t want to go through 9 months without my meds and go through the pain of vaginal delivery, risking tearing from vagina to anus or to clitoris. My need for sex and need to avoid genital mutilation via giving birth trumps a ZEF every time
/r/MensRights15/03/25 08:04 PM

You ban cream pie if she’s on some form of female contraception
/r/MensRights15/03/25 08:02 PM

Or smash with protection…. God damn…
/r/MensRights15/03/25 08:01 PM

Which is wrong
/r/MensRights15/03/25 08:00 PM

No… unwanted pregnancies should always be aborted

Contraception does still fail, though it’s rare when female contraception is used perfectly

Of course I would. As a woman, I’m on the pill because I absolutely do not want to have a baby

/r/MensRights15/03/25 07:58 PM

Nothing wrong with fucking for the sake of fucking if that’s what people wanna do. The problem arises when someone wants commitment and the other just wants casual sex. Problems also arise when someone did casual sex and now wants a committed relationship and can’t get one
/r/MensRights15/03/25 07:56 PM
1

Birth rates falling? excellent. 8.1 Billion people on this planet is too many, anyway. Yeet the little fuckers if pregnancy is unwanted. All women who don’t wanna give birth should abort. I know I will abort if my pill fails
/r/MensRights15/03/25 07:54 PM
1

Yes. Women also have consequences: Unwanted pregnancy. So we use hormonal birth control to avoid it
/r/MensRights15/03/25 07:52 PM
1

Or wear a condom and hopefully the woman is also using hormonal contraception of some sort
/r/MensRights15/03/25 07:48 PM
1

I say yes as a woman. Men can sign all parental rights away.
/r/MensRights15/03/25 07:47 PM
1

I don’t agree with baby-trapping and those men should absolutely sign their rights away
/r/MensRights15/03/25 07:46 PM
1

Men and women both need to take care of their own contraception. Condoms plus hormonal birth control will always be stronger than just one or the other
/r/MensRights15/03/25 07:46 PM
1

They can wear a properly sized condom. Condoms don’t break as often when properly sized and lubrication is used
/r/MensRights15/03/25 07:44 PM

We are never gonna be fully equal because of biology. It’s simple: Biologically, male and female reproductive systems are different, therefore we need to acknowledge that and make contraception as 99% effective as possible
/r/MensRights15/03/25 07:43 PM
2

Hence why Comprehensive Sex Ed needs to be made mandatory in all schools grade 4-12 and contraception must be 100% accessible and affordable
/r/MensRights15/03/25 07:42 PM

How do you mean? I’m not sure I fully understand your comment

I dunno- I got pretty hot and bothered back when Smallville was on tv. Tom Welling is one sexy man. I feel the same about Henry Cavill, Paul Walker, Zac Efron, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans… I could go on. We all have our own levels of what we find sexy and attractive about how the opposite sex looks. Even though I’m not slim and fit myself, I’m mostly attracted to the 6-pack abs. I just am. Doesn’t mean I won’t be with a man who doesn’t look like that. My ex fit the 6-foot tall part that I like,…
/r/MensRights14/03/25 07:08 PM

That is such bullshit and you know it. I don’t care if a man I’m interested in has children or not. If he does have children, I hope he’s not a deadbeat, or if he has children and isn’t in their lives, that he signed his rights away or he specifically has mental problems that inhibit his ability to be a good Dad.
/r/MensRights14/03/25 06:59 PM
2

I don’t agree with that. I think we should continue to make things as equal as possible for both sexes. Obviously, biology is gonna come into play eventually, but the rest of it should be as 50/50 as possible. Men can be Stay at home parents while women are at work. Women can pay for a date sometimes. Women can ask men out, etc. This is what I mean. The mother shouldn’t automatically get custody when she and the father split up or divorce. If a woman sexually assaults/rapes a man, she should fac…

I have a friend who’s a man and often times he’ll just cover the bill before I even get my wallet out of my purse if we go eat somewhere. So I just say “thank you” and carry on. I do not have the expectation that my male friends or any man I date will completely cover the bill. I always bring money so I can cover my own expenses.
/r/MensRights14/03/25 06:26 PM

Ok first OP, “men and females”? Uh uh. Male and female or men and women. Pick one and stick with it. Yes we all have preferences, and there should be equity between the sexes.

Regardless of whether a woman is on some form of contraception, a man or woman who is gonna cheat on their partner is gonna cheat because a cheater is selfish and doesn’t give a crap.

Sheesh I have a Boyfriend and when I see other attractive men around, I look. Look being the key word here. I can look at and appreciate a physically attractive man without wanting to go have sex with him because he’s cute or hot or six feet tall. I have self-control. I have loyalty and faithfulness to my Boyfriend. Cheating is something I heavily frown upon and will never do and never condone of either sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/24 10:02 PM

You do realize that the contraceptive pill regulates irregular periods, right? It also treats symptoms of PCOS and Endometriosis, two conditions that a lot of women suffer from, whether one or both of them at the same time. A lot of women like myself use the pill to regulate periods as well as to prevent pregnancy. All forms of contraception prevent pregnancy when used properly and consistently.

How can you form a loving, committed relationship with a man or woman you’re not physically and sexually attracted to?
/r/MensRights04/09/24 10:52 PM

Again- how can you judge that all she has to offer is sex? How do you know all she has to offer is sex? What are the signs that mean all she has to offer is sex?

How do you know that all women have to offer is their vulva and vagina without getting to know them as people?

I didn’t get the notification from you two weeks ago. And I do take offence to anybody on Reddit who calls me a slut. I am NOT a slut, I don’t behave like a slut, I don’t dress like a slut. I’m allowed to complain about men only wanting me for sex up until I met my Boyfriend, because that’s how I’ve been treated by the men I’ve been attracted to. They didn’t want me for real, they just wanted me for sex.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen05/07/24 12:43 AM
2

And yeah I complained because it was unfair that men only wanted me for casual sex. I did agree to FWB at the time and didn’t end it when he suggested ending it. Twice he tried to end it. I just felt afterwards that all men would just want me for sex and not something real and then I met my Boyfriend in January, and we’ve been together just over 6 months.

This right here is the problem. Worrying about STIs is reasonable. Automatically assuming a woman will cheat because she’s had X amount of sexual parters is a problem. Jumping to conclusions never ends well

I don’t regret what I did in the past, I’ve only been sharing my experiences. For others who are struggling: Put yourself out there. So a woman on medication isn’t worth dating? I’m not sure I understand what you mean. Could you elaborate? I was on an anti-depressant for a while, along with my ADHD med and Quetiapine, and I went off the anti-depressant because it made my already highly irregular periods even more so.

I’ve only ever used Facebook Dating, and uploaded real photos. I don’t photoshop any of my selfies. Yes, I wear makeup, but only eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, and lipstick. Occasionally I wear a little concealer if I have a zit. I wear nail polish sometimes, and I wear press-on fake nails when I feel like it, and they are easy to remove. My actual body; my eyebrows, nose, lips, breasts, butt are all natural. No cosmetic surgery.

Women can also have Mental Health Issues and have Anti-Social Personality Disorder and use men for sex and money and lie and cheat and steal. We are all capable of such behaviour. Improve your own outlook on life and attitudes towards other people, and maybe then things will improve. I mean this for ALL of us. ALL of us have to be ourselves and improve ourselves where needed.

I’m not that shallow. This friend has been a good friend, he wants to hang out with me and play video games, and he was a virgin until this summer. I was happy to be his first time. Unlike the others, he likes spending time with me and we do more than just fuck. The second man was FWB for 9 months, the third man I saw once and never saw again, and the first man ghosted me twice before I lost virginity to him and I’ve seen him a grand total of 4 times. Wow… the amount of nonsense I read on this sub… Maybe if we all stopped focusing so much on the stuff that doesn’t matter (myself included, I’ve also been very shallow about men), we’d find people we connect with really well and can create lasting relationships. I’ve had my fair share of struggles with dating. I am mostly attracted to men with dark hair, eyes, and generally 6’-6’2”. Being that height is not a dealbreaker, it’s just what I’m attracted to first, you know? Tall, Dark, and Handsome?…

It is my very strong opinion that we ALL deserve to buy sex toys for our respective organs without the fear of being judged or called names. Men and Women masturbate, Men and Women like to use Sex Toys, Men and Women enjoy and want sex, so being shamed for buying toys, as a man or as a woman, is unfair and frankly people need to shut up and mind their own business.

People are so messed up. The whole thing about sex, especially in Canada and the USA, it’s all so superficial at times. We all want the top 5% of physically fit and hot men and women, the men and women we see in movies and on tv and in magazines. The reality is that not all men are gonna be tall, dark, handsome, with 6-pack abs looking like Superman, and not all women are gonna be slim and flat tummy and huge bums and tiny waists and huge breasts. There are people who DO look like that, and then…

What? That because I’m a woman, I can get sex regardless of whether I’m fat or slim whereas he can’t?

It certainly seems that way- for men and women. Good looking people seem to get everything

Obesity in and of itself is an issue, for both men and women. I am 5’3”, 29 years old, and I’m floating around 190-200 LBS, and I’m on Birth Control and Seroquel, both of which affect weight. Obviously, I consciously make the decision to stop eating processed crap like Cookies, Chocolate Bars, Deep-Fried crap, Fast Food and eat more home cooked meals that are meat and vegetables. Even limit the pasta/rice to help with eating better. Now, today is Canadian Thanksgiving, and we had our Turkey Dinn…

I have a male friend who’s overweight and I’ve had sex with him. I’m his first. I like him as a person, I don’t care about his weight- I care about my own. I work out and swim so that I can lose some of this fat. I’m aware we’re both overweight for our ages and heights, but the only weight I’m concerned about is my own. I know I’m overweight, so I’m working on dietary changes and exercise changes so that when I’m naked with a man, I won’t feel so self-conscious. The two men I’ve been with previo…

I want Independent and Interdependent, where we can both easily take care of our own needs ourselves, but also enjoy taking care of each others’ needs physically and emotionally.

I’m more into the tall and skinny or tall and built men, but there is one man who’s on the heavier side like me whom I’ve had sex with and because I like him as a friend already, I enjoy sex with him.

I was talking about when I was in High School. I liked a few boys who were assholes in the end. Men I’ve been intimate with aren’t assholes
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/23 10:22 PM

I had a casual relationship that didn’t lead to anything more and was hurt when he got a girlfriend and ditched me as a friend entirely

Just because SOME men are misogynistic assholes and treat women like crap doesn’t mean ALL men will be like this, regardless of cultural/ethnic background.

I like kindness in men. Does not make them any less masculine. Men, you do NOT need to be complete assholes for women to be attracted to you, and in fact being an asshole is most likely going to lead to women walking away from you. Some women seem drawn to men who are aasholes. I used to be one of them. I prefer to be around men who are kind and don’t feel the need to make me feel insecure about myself.

Different standards for men and women as usual? In my opinion, a man who is kind and respectful of others- men and women, a man who has good hygiene, a man who doesn’t put the whole focus on my sexual attraction to him or how much he wants to have sex with me, a man who doesn’t put a lot of focus on how many previous sexual partners I’ve had. Value is not tied to sexual chastity or any of that other BS. Judging men and women based on how much sex they’ve had is frankly shallow.

I don’t always know who is gonna be right or wrong for me. The majority of men on Facebook Dating just want sex, and I’m not on any other dating site because they cost money or are just hookup sites disguised as dating sites. FWB I met in person before reconnecting on Facebook Dating, whereas the man I lost virginity to was straight from Facebook Dating. Both are Dads. I have a friend I’ve been hanging out with for months and months, and he said he didn’t know what he wants, and we’ve had sex tw…

I don’t know how to make myself the woman that a man will actually want a relationship with, not just casual sex. I’m kind, and friendly and I want to be wanted for me, not just for my body. It’s very difficult for me to make and maintain connections and friendships, Nevermind a committed, romantic relationship, but I also don’t wanna be alone forever. I want what neuro-typical, heterosexual women have: a man who chooses me, and wants to be with me because he likes me and is attracted to me. Unf…

But what about somebody like me, who’s almost 30, wants a commitment, but only ever gets casual sex? I want and enjoy sex, but I want commitment, too, and I keep getting the excuse “I’m not ready for a relationship”. It’s not fair that everybody else seems to get the committed relationship, and I’m always a FWB. Why am I never good enough? Is it because I’m unemployed? Is it because I have ADHD and Autism and other things? Is it because I agreed to FWB at a time, and now he’s moved on and I was …
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/23 12:40 AM

Why not? Why is it so important to you that your girlfriend never had causal sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/23 12:23 AM

What are you talking about? There are men who just use us women for sex and nothing more, even when women want a relationship.

I wonder the same thing!

I want more than sex, and only had sex with 4 men between March 22, 2022 and today. I’m 29, and I want a committed relationship, but all I get are FWB.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 11:56 PM

So a woman has no value in your opinion, if she’s had FWB?

So a woman like me, who has a diagnosis of and behaved in terrible ways due to Anti-Social Personality Disorder, on top of having ADHD, Autism, and wearing hearing aids, I still have a chance at a real relationship? I don’t treat people like shit anymore, I’m almost 30, and I’ve never had a Boyfriend, but I FINALLY lost my Virginity at 28, and I’ve had a FWB.

I guess I see the point of this post. I want a Boyfriend, and I’ve had sex with 4 men, none of which ever became my Boyfriend. I was an incel until I was 28, also a Virgin until I was 28. The first man I had sex with I have seen a grand total of 4 times between when we met and had sex on March 22, 2022 and today, October 6, 2023. He’s a single dad and he works in another city from the city we live in, and his daughters live in another city still. All in the Province of Alberta. The second man wa…

Committed relationship and having sex with other women? That’s cheating. If she’s in a committed relationship and having sex with other men, it’s cheating. Especially if it’s a Monogamous relationship.

What’s wrong with having had casual sex and still wanting a long-term, committed boyfriend? I’m almost 30, and I have NEVER had a Boyfriend, but I’ve had sex. I had a FWB for 9 months. I’m still trying to find somebody who will want me for me and not just for sex. Yes, I was a virgin until I was 28. I was an incel.

Approaching in person in bars, bookstores, coffeeshops, etc. is not dead. Just approach a woman and strike up a conversation. Women CAN tell the difference between normal interactions and men being creepy.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 09:52 PM

Women do want sex, some of us want a LOT of sex. I’m one such woman. I was an Incel until I was 28, and once I had sex I wanted more. Some men and women aren’t interested in sex, and that’s okay. None of us HAVE to be obsessed with sex. In Countries like Canada and America, Sex is advertised everywhere on Billboards, in Magazines, in Commercials, TV Shows, and Movies. Just because Sex is advertised everywhere, doesn’t mean we all have to buy into it. Have sex when you’re ready to and not before …

What does physical appearance have to do with people falsely claiming Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/23 04:33 PM

Most of us Women don’t go around accusing every man we interact with of Sexual Harassment or Sexual Assault. Yes, there are Men and Women who are sexually assaulted and harassed, and there are women who accuse men of sexual harassment even if the man hasn’t done a damn thing, but accusing men of sexual harassment when he’s done no such thing is NOT the norm.
