IT HAS BREACHED CONTAINMENT?!?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/25 07:30 PM

The line is consent. It's pretty easy.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/25 05:45 PM

yea, but only every now and then, it quickly gets gross if you eat it too often imo
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/25 01:36 AM

Yeah, is that unusual?

/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/25 12:01 AM

I don't know, sorry
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 03:03 PM

I probably wouldn't date a woman who's uncomfortable with me looking at porn, but everyones allowed to have their own boundaries, I don't judge
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 02:58 PM

Idk, I just thought you might have some sort of reason. Generally, people have a reason for thinking/feeling the way they do.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/25 07:12 PM
2

That's called survivalship bias. Since you only recognize the ones who are "clockable" as trans, you assume all trans people are clockable. You probably have interacted with a lot more trans people than you realize if you live in a first-world country.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/25 07:09 PM

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/25 07:05 PM

* I want to play a game... Guess which of these men are cis and which one's are trans Edit: The image doesn't want to attach

Do you find all guys with erectile dysfunction disgusting? That's fucked up

Actually, it is possible for transmen to have a fully functional penis! https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/treatment-tests-and-therapies/phalloplasty-for-gender-affirmation

Men tend to be more right leaning, women tend to be more left leaning. It would be pretty strange if the reverse pairing was more common.

Even if we assume this is accurate, you're comparing apples to bowling balls. I'd rather be falsely accused of rape than actually raped any day.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/25 05:16 AM

Or, crazy idea, maybe some women just enjoy having sex....
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 03:57 AM

I have zero interest in hookups but I still understand the appeal, sex feels good
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 03:56 AM

I think most just want those men to stop resenting women on a core level for things that aren't hurting anyone
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 03:55 AM

Do you think you should be shamed? Or do you just find nothing wrong with hypocrisy?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/24 02:03 PM

What exactly does "wait for sex" mean? Would I stay in a relationship if they didn't immediately have sex with me as soon I as wanted to...? Yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/24 02:00 PM

Unfortunately many people are homophobic

/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/24 06:04 PM

Try wearing a bear suit
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 10:59 PM

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 10:58 PM

Sure, there's plenty of relationships like that. Arguably my own is and I think it's working pretty well.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 10:57 PM

I'd say they're both morally wrong since it's cheating, but the minor is definitely way worse
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 10:55 PM

How is this even a question..?? Who would be less upset about their partner being a pedo than about cheating with a trans person?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 10:54 PM

You say it like that's a bad thing??
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/24 08:35 PM

They should absolutely try to at least be subtle, but if you're sharing for a long time I understand still having sex. Someone like a landlord I'd probably just try to ignore, but if it was a relative I'd give the wall a kick if it's bad so they realize I hear them and shut up.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/24 08:31 PM

I don't think that's comparable since you can just hold your piss
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/24 08:27 PM

As long as she doesn't bleed through the towel, it wouldn't be a big deal. Unless she wanted to free bleed in public, that'd probably be a deal breaker
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/24 08:26 PM

Are you forgetting about the world outside the US...?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/24 08:21 PM

If it only needs to be one night just download tinder
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 01:24 AM

Sounds parasocial...
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 01:22 AM

Who cares about backlash from random redditors? What's the worst that can happen?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/24 06:52 PM

Mild negative. I'd prefer she not do that, but it wouldn't affect my interest at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/24 05:05 PM

They look like bots. Also why did you censor the eyes...?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/24 08:12 AM

Agreed
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 07:14 PM

I agree that saying someone isn't hookup/fwb material is an insult, but a lot of people here are saying that calling someone husband material on its own in an insult
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 07:11 PM

Tell him you would fuck if he was a jerk, but you wouldn't expect bf actions from him, he's gonna act like a jerk. That's a better deal. How's that a better deal? What's the appeal of being a jerk? And I enjoy doing bf actions with my partner
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 07:09 PM

I thought they were the same thing...
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 07:05 PM

Yeah I really don't get how calling someone husband material means you're not attracted to them, seems like it should mean the opposite
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 07:04 PM

Sorry, *I'd rather be a husband/boyfriend then a guy who gets hookups
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 03:18 PM

Husband is a downgrade from a guy that gets hookups without putting in effort. I'd pick my gf over a hookup any day...
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 02:20 PM

What about women who aren't interested in casual sex with anyone?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 01:52 PM

Pretty sure this is a reference to the husband material discourse, but I don't see how these are at all equivalent "She's unworthy of a relationship" ≠ "He's lifelong romantic commitment material"
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 01:49 PM

I don't think that really proves anything. He was likely in a worse place mentally before transitioning, which could have made romance much harder.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/24 07:17 PM

That's a pretty small range, and what even counts as a ltr? I have 1-3 depending on what counts
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/24 03:34 PM

CNC means consensual non-consent, which may sound confusing but basically it's just roleplay, that's what the consensual part means, so why is it wrong?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/24 10:14 PM

I used to daydream about my wedding because I wanted snacks and a huge cake
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/24 08:45 PM

Not everyone sees that as a negative, I'm autistic and tend to prefer the company of other neurodivergent people, it's not arrogance. And even if she does count it as a negative, she's autistic and probably isn't the best at following unspoken social rules. You should try not to immediately assume the worst of people, the world is much nicer that way.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/24 03:09 AM

Intersex people
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/24 03:05 AM

A trans woman probably wouldn't wait for marriage since that's usually something people do for religious reasons
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/24 03:01 AM

Do women who wait for marriage have their fingers amputated??
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/24 02:59 AM

Pretty sure that's also a crime...
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/24 02:57 AM

Took me until the fourth one to realize they're different women and not just one changing outfits... I have no preference, they all seem about the same to me
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/24 12:33 AM

I agree on everything but the pit hair. A little squish is so nice, and perfect for snuggles
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/24 09:37 PM

Melissa, with Jenny a close second. We could be geeks and play video games together, plus her having a stable job is appealing. I wouldn't consider Alice because I don't want kids.

/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/24 02:56 PM

I expected more people to pick Emil, sounds like he has the best personality and very small downsides. Biggest issue for me would be the height, 6'8 is absurd.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/24 02:51 PM

I had the opposite happen, when I was a teen I agreed with my dad on virtually everything, but when I got older I started to make friends and escape that bubble, now my opinions are vastly different.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/24 06:28 PM

Seriously, where are the women you guys say like bigger men? As in given mostly fit male options, they would proactively choose the fat one? I don't think I've ever met one. Then my female friend goes "Awww I liked you more when you were a teddy bear".
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/24 06:25 PM
1

I'm surprised so many women are ending up deep in the negatives, I'm a bi dude and after putting together a decent guy I was left with 3 points. Are they trying to make jesus or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/24 04:17 PM
1

Depends on how old they are. A 3 year gap is gross when they're 13 and 16, but a 6 year gap is no big deal when they're 30 and 36.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/24 04:09 PM

If you think talking to an ai sex bot is at all equivalent to being with a real woman, I am very concerned for you...

When I was 14 I found 14 year olds attractive, now that I'm 20 I find 20 year olds attractive, seems reasonable to assume the trend continues
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/24 03:00 AM

Bmi guy and Purplepossum
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/24 02:23 AM

Yeah...? They're probably the only women I'd be interested in romantically. Strange question.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/24 02:21 AM

I'm not nearly invested enough in the people here to have ships, and you missed a ton of people because this sub has 130k members
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/24 05:10 PM

Why not a bit of both? Clean some of the apartment and do some painting
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/24 05:07 PM

I couldn't care less about 2 or 3 ex's, and I wouldn't care about her staying in contact either. I'm still friends with one of my ex-girlfriends so it'd be kinda hypocritical to worry.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/24 01:39 AM

"Anything I do say is gonna be an excuse for him to take up the belittling, shaming, gaslighting argument again. I feel so small and worthless. I feel like our entire marriage is built on lies and delusions. I feel trapped, tethered. It's so wild to know that I'm not even wanted beyond being a possession. I've considered divorce before, but I really think this time that it's the only resolution." Hmmmm I wonder why people think they should break up

Wouldn't the female equivalent of a man concerning himself with a partners sexual past be... a woman concerning herself with a partners sexual past
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/24 05:52 PM

Ah yes, because the one thing the female species lives for is sex of course
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/24 06:45 PM

Joffery deserved it, but how did Tommen or Myrcella? And deserved or not, she was tortured and humiliated by the sparrows
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/24 04:09 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/24 12:17 AM

Absolutely. As long as that custom feet content isn't her giving footjobs or something, I'd just be glad she found a job that doesn't seem too stressful and makes good money. I would request she stop if it was hurting her mental health at all though.

I'd definitely pick the gay guy if I'm encountering them in the forest, but if we're just both in the forest I may go with the bear, since that's likely the case any time I enter a forest anyway. If I go in a forest I'm going to stay on a path, anyone else in the forest likely is too, bears on the other hand tend to avoid where humans travel, so I'm significantly more likely to encounter the man. If he's a murderer or rapist it's bear 100%, otherwise it just depends on how social I'm feeling and…
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/24 12:04 AM

Some people like having friends, that's a reason
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/24 03:24 AM

I think it's less "yOu'rE sTaInD" for most people and moreso "You chose to do something you knew would deeply hurt me and betrayed my trust for something and simple as sex. Either you have zero self-control or you don't care about me at all. It's over." I'm in an open relationship but I would still be deeply hurt if my partner cheated, because it's not about the sex, it's the betrayal that matters
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/24 11:20 PM

I don't see anything wrong with his frame. I agree with the comments, it's probably just his personality, age, or the broccoli cut

Don't try to force yourself to date someone you're not attracted to, even if it works in the short term, it'll just end in hurt for both of you. Also trans people are pretty rare so you're hardly even increasing your options.

Maybe a few angry lonely men do, but you can't judge an entire demographic off a niche opinion. You sound like the guys here who rant about how every woman is obsessed with chad and hates men

For some people staying a healthy weight takes minimal effort, but for others it's much harder. /r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 12:01 AM

Yeah, her job was never an issue. It didn't last long for other reasons but her job had nothing to do with it.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/24 04:15 AM

Maybe it's cuz I'm a man but I have no idea why, just sounds like a benefit to me. Unless the concern is her working too often and not being able to see you enough? But theoretically she could make more while working less depending on the job.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/24 09:55 PM

Do you seriously think glasses make a guy not dateable? My dad and I both wear glasses, we both have partners. I've never heard a guy complain irl that glasses limit his options
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/24 05:28 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 11:11 PM

...what are you doing in a subreddit about dating? How old are you??
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 11:07 PM

A shit ton of child abuse, neglect, and people smothering, drowning, and abandoning babies
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 07:22 PM
1

No, I wouldn't use someone like that. Maybe I'd try dating her and see if I develop feelings, but I wouldn't marry someone I'm not attracted to just for the benefits.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 12:51 PM

Perfectly understandable to take the drink back but kinda gross of him to leave it there for her to unknowingly drink out of after he put his mouth on it if it's real

/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 07:36 PM

I've noticed people claiming that but I haven't noticed it actually happening. I mainly see young women having an issue with age gaps, and usually it's consistent across gender. I'm a 21 year old guy and I find it gross because I remember being 18 and how much less mature I was, I'm sure the difference between me now and in 10 years will be even bigger. So when I see a 30 year old with an 18 year old I know their maturity is probably in two different worlds.

I disagree. You can believe women should have the right to be equal without wanting to be dominant yourself 100% of the time. A man being submissive in bed doesn't mean they want to be an actual slave in a women run society, the same applies to women. Do people who don't drink all want alcohol banned? Try applying your logic to anything else.

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/24 02:50 PM
3

I wouldn't say disgust but I'm not a fan when it's excessive. Several inches of pubes or armpit hair doesn't look great to me but trimmed is perfectly fine, I've yet to see arms or legs hairy enough to be unattractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/24 02:18 PM

....what
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/24 02:13 PM
1

Nah, it's not a big deal. I know my gf would never cheat on me, but if checking was so easy, I'd press it out of curiosity if nothing else too. If she did something extreme like stalk me, read my texts, or confront women I talk to "just to be sure" then that would be an issue, but something as quick and easy as a button press doesn't suggest she really belives I cheated nor does it invade my privacy.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/24 02:11 PM

If you gotta go you gotta go, who cares? It's a toliet not a changing room
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/24 02:12 PM

Public bathrooms aren't for taking your clothes off, so those aren't really comparable. By whipping out your dick you're consenting to the chance of someone getting a glimpse of it. There's perfectly good stalls if you don't want that. It's not like everyone is lounging around naked in the bathroom.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/24 02:10 PM

They usually use more violent methods. Women actually attempt more, men just succeed more.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 04:49 PM

My guess would be she's interested but sucks at conversation/texting or just expects you to carry the conversation
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 04:47 PM

I wouldn't care enough to have any thoughts about it
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 04:45 PM

I think that's a you thing, I know more men who prefer short women than vice versa
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 04:44 PM

Being ugly doesn't make you a better person
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 01:00 PM

I would take that in a heartbeat, that much money would change my entire life. Then inflation would go wild from printing all that money to give to so many people...
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 12:52 PM

Depends on your priorities and where you live, generally I'd say unattractive women have it worse though
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 06:41 PM

It's ideal for some people, but others have no issue with the things you've listed as downsides. Everyone has their own preferences, for some people a traditional monogamous relationship is best, for others polygamy is best, and for some FWB is best. I love living with my gf and getting to spend my days with her. I don't love her just for the honeymoon butterflies, I love her because she makes my life better. Her family isn't my favorite, but I like being able to share that with her, it's worth …
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 04:22 PM

That isn't feminine it's childish
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 12:41 PM

I don't think that's a contradiction. The boobs aren't inherently sexual but are being sexualized by the staring.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 12:37 PM

Would you rather be alone in a liquor store with a taxidermy bear mascot or a random man?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 11:33 PM

I could probably improve it with practice, just never felt the need to. It simply doesn't come naturally to me, and when I try to force myself it's hard to focus on what they're actually saying because I'm focusing so hard on trying not to look away from their eyes. Plus, there's apparently a specific balance you're supposed to strike and it's seen as creepy if you look into their eyes too much. It's not an issues with people I'm comfortable with because I don't even think about it, I look in th…

Damn, I never realized it actually made people feel uncomfortable. I thought it just made them "uncomfortable" in a "why is that weirdo breaking social norms?" way
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 07:56 PM
2

Is it really that big a deal? I've always been pretty bad with eye contact, but nobody's ever made a fuss about it. Are you sure it's not a you thing? That just kinda seems like a stretch
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 05:29 PM

I get the aversion to kids or social situations being an issue, but why would hyperfixations or being uncomfortable with eyecontact be a dealbreaker?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 03:19 PM
3

3 sounds great except him being that age with no standards and no previous relationships is a pretty big red flag. He obviously is desperate for a relationship, so why hasn't he had one? What is he hiding? 1 is okay, has some good aspects, but has some big flaws, too. I'd rather die alone than be with 2
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 03:10 PM

Tits are great if they have both but if it's just one or the other I gotta say ass
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 10:35 PM

Trans women still at least used to have a dick so I assume they'd know how it feels?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 10:32 PM

Bear in the woods. Worrying about a bear while in the woods is pretty resonable, hallucinating someone chasing you suggests something more serious
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 10:30 PM

People are also around men much more often than they're around bears
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 09:28 PM

I usually give an awkward sorta-smile and a half wave if they're walking and don't acknowledge them at all if jogging
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 09:26 PM

I wouldn't consider it simping since he has a child with her. Her situation will likely affect the child's happiness
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 07:15 PM

Why? Wouldn't above average be ideal? Unless you want to manipulate her or something
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 07:13 PM

She broke up with him before sleeping with Ted so it wasn't exactly cheating
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 03:12 AM

Ever if that were true it's irrelevant to this conversation
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 01:18 AM

I would hardly call doe eyes "making a move"
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 01:11 AM

Depends heavily on how long ago it was, the circumstances, and how they feel about it now
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 12:53 AM

I know, I'm such a slut
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 12:50 AM

This is the dumbest take I've heard in a while
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 12:49 AM

It's an ai, not a person, I don't see the harm in playing with it. I wouldn't say men are ruining video games when they murder everyone
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/24 11:20 PM

If their partner is abusive to the point that trying to break up with them risks retaliation
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/24 11:17 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/24 06:52 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/24 10:12 PM

"once the female is no longer in oestrus, the dog fox no longer needs to guard her and may leave, usually only temporarily, to seek out additional mating opportunities. Tracking studies in Bristol, for example, have revealed that, after the dominant vixen has ended her oestrus, the male often rapidly expands his range—in many instances more than doubling the distance over which he travels—to increase the likelihood of encountering other receptive vixens." https://www.wildlifeonline.me.uk/animals…

/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/24 05:46 PM

gaslighting manipulate (someone) using psychological methods into questioning their own sanity or powers of reasoning. Gaslight ≠ an opinion you disagree with
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/24 05:27 PM

Why don't women date me? It must be 100% because of my looks... also every single woman is an evil delusional eugenicist
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/24 05:25 PM

It's not gaslighting to share a subjective opinion lmao are you gaslighting me because you called her ugly and I disagree?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/24 05:16 PM

Maybe you want more than to just cum, sex with a prostitute isn't real, she's just working. You want the proper experience. Or are you not interested in casual sex in general? Many people only like sex when there's a connection.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/24 05:03 PM

They both look fine to me but I prefer the first image because her face is somewhat unique and more human imo, the second looks copy pasted from a porn game advertisement
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/24 04:58 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/24 07:33 PM

You can still engage in debates as a nonbinary person, you just won't be the topic of conversation very often because trans and nb people are such a small portion of the population. This sub is mostly about cishet dating
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/24 07:29 PM

I don't like them on myself but they look good on others
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/24 04:49 PM

I'd do that myself
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/24 04:03 PM

Interesting choice given they don't seem trans? But whatever, they're not hurting anyone
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/24 04:00 PM

Turns out when you don't have an actual life with someone and can just hit them up for fun, they seem more fun and carefree. I hope he tries to start a relationship with his affair partner so he can be horrified when she starts to act like a human, she'll probably cheat on him too since she was willing to cheat with him.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/24 03:57 PM

How often are your friends getting naked in front of each other...? I've never undressed or showered in front of my friends
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/24 03:50 PM

There's something more needed, but it's a feeling so I don't really know how to describe it
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/24 01:20 PM

Approach them
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/24 01:19 PM

She's 32, not 70. Tik Toc is not the same as real life, you still have time

It's almost like there's multiple women out there and sometimes they have different opinions
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/24 03:53 PM

Sounds like you've watched too much porn
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/24 01:30 PM

Then you have 99% of restaurants to choose from that allow children and not dogs
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/24 12:47 PM

I can't imagine blowing up an entire relationship good enough that you wanted to get married just because your partner wasn't quite ready yet, that's wild to me
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/24 12:46 PM

Why'd you even ask if you're just gonna downvote people who disagree lmao Not everyone's relationship is the same, some people can accept it when their partner isn't ready for marriage
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/24 12:44 PM

Not necessarily
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/24 12:09 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/24 12:09 PM

Because it's children who aren't allowed, not women...
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/24 12:06 PM

You probably should just try to avoid interacting with people you hate, that doesn't sound healthy
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/24 12:02 PM

Me. I did a sex once
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/24 11:59 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/24 11:56 AM

Or she's just so poor that she finds you rich regardless of your current wealth
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/24 09:03 PM

Definitely the 2nd one. 1st one is just a hookup and the 3rd is a sugarbaby, I have no interest in either
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/24 09:01 PM

To be fair monster girls are hot too
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/24 07:50 PM

What have they sown..?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/24 02:29 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/24 04:00 PM

Yes Probably also yes No but I'd be extremely upset, not because I'm not her best sexually, but because she was telling friends about our sex life
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/24 08:28 PM

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/24 05:11 PM

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/24 05:01 PM

Nowhere, that's why they're called "unicorns" lol
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/24 07:23 PM

I thought a "unicorn" was a bisexual woman that couples seek for threesomes/poly relationships
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/24 03:29 PM

Would a man with a womanly lower-half of their body (think like curvy with a round butt) be a turn off? (everything else is normal) Hot as fuck, a nice ass is a nice ass Would a woman with a manly upper-half of their body (think like V shaped torso) be a turn off? (everything else being normal) Depends on the woman, but not a big deal either way
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/24 11:52 PM

It's expensive and painful, hardly sounds worth the effort
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/24 11:49 PM

That's such a mild flaw, it wouldn't be a factor at all
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/24 11:48 PM

I'm bi so I'll answer for both. Between the women I'd go B, I wouldn't want to be with someone who'd want me to drop everything for her, but wouldn't do the same for me. It's close though, B wanting me to provide and always be a rock would be an issue. For the man I'd definitely do A. I have no interest in having kids and find people enforcing the "boys don't cry" attitude gross. My choice between all four would also be man A. The looks aren't really a factor here to me because they all sound ap…

/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/24 06:46 PM

I judge people who date assholes because that means they find that behavior acceptable
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/24 06:45 PM

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/24 06:43 PM

That would make more sense, though I could've sworn I've read somewhere it's number count
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/24 08:34 PM

Child support, no fault divorce, birth control How are any of these things bad??
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/24 05:32 PM

I hate the term "N Count" so much. The N stands for... Number. Number Count. That's so vague it could literally mean anything. And obviously if there's a count there's a number, you might as well just say Count. Or just say "Body Count" like literally every person outside of this sub.

Sex feel good and make dopamine go brrrr And some just do it for validation or because they don't know how to say no
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/24 05:19 PM

I don't think that's really comparable. Most people will never be 6'2, but anyone can be 20. And the majority of people date around their own age, most don't date 6'2 people.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/24 10:58 AM

I think most people mean average in their age group
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/24 10:45 AM

I'd prefer a liberal woman to a conservative, but we don't have to agree on everything. I just couldn't date someone against abortion or lgbt rights, or someone hardcore religious.

I don't know a single person who does OF, unless you count a couple women who tried anonymously selling nothing but feet pictures, but overall the vast majority of women I know haven't even dabbled in it. (Or at least the women I'm close enough to that I'd know). And if it's a dealbreaker, don't bring it up later on, just ask before things get serious. Then it'll be a 0% chance.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/24 12:58 PM

Better than periods
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/24 12:51 PM

I think generally men will put up with women being more emotional than the reverse, because women are more expected to be emotional.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/24 12:46 PM
5

I think it's perfectly resonable, sex is often a very intimate and vulnerable act. Would you share your deepest secrets casually? I haven't had casual sex, so I can't say I don't like it, but I have zero interest in it. Though I don't think that's the norm
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/24 09:56 PM
2

I think most people will view that as a lot, but not everyone considers sex an intimate act, there's nothing inherently wrong with it
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/24 02:15 PM

I'd prefer the love of my life not to die prematurely, but it's nice that he's happy at least
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/24 06:25 AM

I think in most cases where a large group seemingly are all hypocrites, it's actually just a matter of different people having different opinions. Some guys think women should be responsible for their own pleasure, others take offense to the use of sex toys and think that they should handle it.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/24 06:22 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate01/04/24 01:24 PM

Some people have different taste, not every fit guy hates fat women. Or they're just horny and know many guys are desperate. They might also just swipe right on everyone. Overall I don't think it's narcissistic to not refuse to give a guy a chance just cuz he's fit...

Just keep track of the things they say and match it. If you know of any specific insecurities though you should probably avoid them.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/24 02:55 AM

Depends on if you make your intentions known. Manipulating someone into thinking you love them so you can get relationship experience? Morally wrong. Having what you both agree to be a short-term relationship? Perfectly fine.

Polyamory isn't a fetish, there's more to it than sex, it's about having multiple romantic relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/24 02:27 PM

There's a "nopill" tag
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/24 05:16 PM

Nah, I just don't like following rules for the sake of following rules, seems pointless. I'm not going to avoid something I like, or do something inconvenient, just so I can say I'm so masculine. I just do what makes me happy and don't worry about that.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/24 03:26 PM

I do sometimes, we go back and forth
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/24 03:22 PM

She's a little overweight but I wouldn't call her ugly
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/24 03:13 PM

I've witnessed this with one couple but it's definitely not universal
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/24 03:10 PM

I've always hated arbitrary and unfair rules, so my gf finding gender roles pointless and never trying to push them on me is a huge plus, if she suddenly expected me to follow them then I don't think our relationship would last long
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/24 03:08 PM

I don't have a specific budget, I'm not growing so I don't have to buy new clothes often, I just thrift every now and then and take advantage of good deals.

If I can answer as a man attracted to men, I'd go B. 10 years is too big of an age gap for me, plus I'd relate better to someone autistic with nerdy and artsy interests. The lack of a car or job would be pretty inconvenient though and almost makes me consider A.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 03:05 PM

"Just curious, how many people have you been with?" Preferably ask when already on the topic of your pasts. It's a perfectly normal thing to wonder, I directly asked my gf and it went fine.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 10:54 PM

Most people expect their partner to trust them more than complete strangers. I'd be pretty offended if my gf had me empty my pockets... Kinda nonsensical analogy hell it's praised and accepted in today's society. Please show me an example of this cuz I sure haven't seen it. Sure there's people like that, but they're rare and hated. If you count that then murder, theft, and rape are also praised and accepted.

How do you get to know someone and find out if you want to marry them someday if you don't go on dates?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 10:04 PM
2

That's a weird thing to mention if it doesn't come up organically. I feel like most guys would be uncomfortable if the woman they were dating went "Lovely weather, by the way, I've fucked 10 other guys."
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 03:50 PM

I asked my gf, I'd still be with her regardless of the answer (unless it was something insane like 100), but I wanted to better understand her.

I have never jerked off to pics of someone I know irl besides my girlfriend. I think it's a pretty strange thing to do, especially in a monogamous relationship, not inherently unethical since thought crimes aren't a thing but still kinda weird and gross. I would certainly be uncomfortable if I knew a friend of mine I had no romantic interest in was jerking off to my photos.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 06:45 PM

That he wasn't interested in a relationship and she had sex with him anyway in the hope that'd change because she was desperate, the wording she uses for it is amusing. An "I hate myself" style joke
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:00 PM

The difference is that humans are sapient and capable of learning and growing
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 03:56 PM

I have never seen someone use "plus size" unironically irl, it's always overweight or fat regardless of gender. And since when are people against calling women short? Petite means more than just short btw, it means small and dainty, so men don't usually fit that.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 03:54 PM

How dare she... ask him to do equal chores? The horror??
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 03:50 PM

A "shit test" doesn't mean try harder, it means get out of there...
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 03:47 PM

It's not code, it's a joke. You're supposed to know what it actually means, and it's supposed to make you laugh. That's the whole point of the post.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 03:45 PM

I hope this is a joke... just break up if you hate eachother so much
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 01:56 PM

Do you have a link to someone saying cheating SAHMs deserve alimony? And of course they still need child support if they're the one raising the child, children are both their parents responsibility, they're not just an extension of their mother.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 01:53 PM

I would hardly say a lot of people think that, monogamy is still the norm by far, most people wouldn't even consider polyamory. I see posts about people leaving their partner just for asking about the idea of opening the relationship all the time, and the comments always agree with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/24 07:31 PM

No woman parent should be letting a stranger be around their children until they’ve been vetted and even then there’s risks
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/24 03:22 PM

And a bad morning to me
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/24 03:20 PM

If she says "no" or "stop" and you don't stop, that's SA. It's pretty simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/24 06:43 PM

You're saying this on reddit
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/24 06:40 PM

That's not celibate, that just means you want a serious relationship and no hookups (which is what you should put in your bio, celibate makes it sound like you want no sex ever).
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/24 12:55 AM

I'd care a lot. Cuz that'd make me very happy
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/24 12:52 AM

Yes
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/24 12:51 AM

Your experience is not universal
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/24 02:33 PM

It's when you're only sexually attracted to people you have a bond with. So you would feel nothing for a hot stranger until you get to know them
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/24 02:19 AM

A lot of people instinctually hate things that are strange and foreign to them. Even if poly people aren't hurting anyone or affecting them in any way, they think, "I would never let my partner do that!" and are disgusted. Look at how many people hate gay and trans people even though they have zero impact on their life. Though I disagree about nobody being content with monogamy, the majority of people are in monogamous relationships and don't cheat.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 07:35 PM

All this and you haven't said a word about his personality, do you enjoy talking to him at all? None of these traits mean anything if you don't enjoy his company.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 05:58 PM

I'd be upset my wife didn't talk to me first, not because she needs my permission, but because we're a team and should both know what's going on.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 12:47 AM

But “no we shouldn’t be doing this” might not and to pretend otherwise is disingenuous It still means they're not fully comfortable and you should wait

I recommend fasting as a meal prep if anything is going near your asshole
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 01:28 PM

Usually it ends somewhere around 70
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 02:36 PM

It's crazy to me how many people are telling you not to ask her if she's a virgin. If she freaks out and leaves you over the question then you have such different values that you probably aren't compatible anyway. If you're only willing to date virgins, imo you should ask as soon as you're comfortable having serious conversations but before you catch feelings, so nobody is hurt it it doesn't work out. And of course let her know you're a virgin too so she doesn't think you're a hypocrite.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 07:13 PM

Try to defuse the situation, and hopefully finish pissing cuz it's hard to stop once you start. I have no interest in getting into a fight with a stranger in a nasty public bathroom for no reason.

In the Western world, it's just a matter of personal preference. If you'd like to be successful and do something big with your life, it's easier as a man, but if you want to do the least effort needed to survive then it's easier as a woman. Casual sex is also much easier as a woman, so if that's something you prioritize, then being a woman might be better. If you just want a normal life though and aren't a horndog, being a man is definitely easier, odds are you'll be stronger, faster, bigger, mo…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 01:45 PM

I doubt many people drink coffee to seem mature lol. The vast majority of the time they probably just like the taste/want the caffeine. That seems a lot more reasonable to me. Plus, there are bitter iced coffees, like americanos.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/24 02:32 PM

says she likes coffee but then only drinks iced coffee Why...? I can see the reasoning behind the rest of these, but this one seems completely random. What's wrong with preferring your coffee cold? Though all of these seem a lot more like "icks" than actual red flags.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/24 01:57 PM

The issue with cheating isn't the sex, it's the lying and betrayal
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/24 01:52 PM

Q4M: If a random woman attacked you, would you expect your girlfriend/wife to fight her off for you? I'd expect her to help but not to just do it for me, we'd subdue her together.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/24 01:51 PM

More than you hate stds and accidental pregnancy?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 07:22 PM

If you're with a guy who nags you when he knows you don't want it, you'd be better single
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 06:28 PM

Then why do you do it..?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 06:27 PM

Do I get the money at the start or the end?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 05:34 PM

Alcohol
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 05:31 PM

What? I think you responded to the wrong comment, this is incoherent
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/24 08:22 PM

You're probably a sociopath and an asshole if you feel no attachment to a child you raised and thought was your own for 7 whole years. You have the right but it's also pretty fucked up and is going to really hurt the kid that you should have loved.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/24 07:36 PM
5

That's oddly specific, did he say that in a previous comment or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/24 03:30 PM

Being healthy and strong might matter more to her than attention from some random men...
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 06:50 PM

Yes
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 05:33 PM

Then only post the interviews where they say "If she's ever had sex she's a filthy whore!"
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 05:32 PM

Then don't ask him for money. Unless you're on the edge of homelessness, there's usually another way. And if you really need the money, maybe see if there's any work you can do for him to make up for it.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 05:02 PM

I'm not the type to have a ons but in this hypothetical I'd definitely tell him, with screenshots from the dating app
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 04:44 PM

If you don't trust her, why date her?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 04:42 PM

Probably a full time job
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 04:39 PM

He probably just cuts out all the resonable "boring" interviews and keeps the rare crazy ones that'll spark rage and reposts.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 04:37 PM

I think I'll just comment anyway
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 03:56 PM

Depends on what the job is, how old the kids are, what the kids' needs are, how much help the SAHP is receiving, their financial situation, personal preference, etc.

If it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out. But pretending to be interested in a real relationship while secretly planning on breaking up from the start is cruel and disgusting.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/24 12:40 PM

Waiting hours to get her alone outside is incredibly creepy, I would've been terrified...
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/24 04:01 AM

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/24 10:16 PM

It indeed would not be a close fight
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/24 12:50 AM

I haven't met anyone actually enthusiastic about Biden, it's always just "At least he's not a rapist..." lol

That's where we differ, I would never have sex with someone I'm not certain I will have a long relationship with. Edit: In case someone's confused since I'm downvoted, I'm not saying nobody's allowed to have sex outside of a LTR, I'm talking about myself.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/24 03:20 PM

I can't imagine having sex with someone and then finding out we don't have compatible values or personalities. I don't think someone could be bad enough at sex for me to break up with them if I really liked them.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/24 03:10 PM

That seems like a pretty resonable amount of time to go without having sex with someone

A couple years makes a big difference when you're so young, I became an entirely different person between 16 and 18 Edit: I missed the almost 19 part, and got a little held up on the number 16 and didn't account for her being days away from 17. At 18 and practically 17, you shouldn't necessarily be too different in maturity. My gf and I pretty much have the same age gap and I feel like she's always been as or more mature than me. Though the numbers still feel kinda weird and creepy, and even tho…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/24 08:33 AM

In that case I think what you did is perfectly fair and resonable
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/24 08:32 AM

Yeah but it's more effort, and some people just like the change of scenery. Like going to a restaurant when you have food at home.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/24 08:31 AM

It's not cheating if you haven't had the exclusivity talk. No rules have been established, so there's no rules to break. Though I still think you should disclose this, and it's definitely wrong to lie if asked.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/24 08:20 AM

I think most relationships are possible, no matter how niche your requirements, there's 7 billion people on this planet after all. You're never going to find a pair who will agree to this though.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/24 08:16 AM

Because the club is "cool" and "taboo", it probably makes her feel like a cool rebellious big girl. Hanging out in a more relaxed setting wouldn't have the same thrill.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/24 07:16 AM

No wonder she wants to party all day and doesn't understand any of the risks of going out alone, you're dating a child. Find someone your own age if you want maturity.

Good drinks, loud music, and cool lighting?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/24 07:11 AM

You definitely could have gone about this better, for instance you could have told her that her going out in that kind of environment alone makes you nervous (not because you're afraid of what she'll do, but because you fear what others may do). Jumping straight to an ultimatum does not sound healthy. But it's perfectly resonable to not want to date someone who consistently makes you feel uneasy, you just probably should have explained how you feel and why you feel that way before making demands…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/24 07:10 AM

It's probably because brown and black hair is significantly more common than blond or red
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/24 07:16 PM

This hurts to watch
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/24 06:23 PM

If you don't actually love her why not just have a fwb?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/24 05:32 PM

I'd probably be pretty miserable. My gf is the only thing stopping me from becoming an alcoholic hermit.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/24 05:30 PM

How do you know it's her? Y'all say some really downvotable things
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/24 04:01 PM

That kinda defeats the point of having a wife
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/24 03:55 PM

Let a man buy her a drink? I wouldn't consider it cheating, but I'd be uncomfortable if they chatted without her telling him she's already with someone. Bought someone else a drink? Presumably a stranger? That's an issue, those drinks are expensive and if my partner went out of their way to spend money just to chat with a random girl at the bar, we'd be having words. That's if I was in a totally monogamous relationship though. I don't particularly care if my partner flirts a bit with others, as …
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/24 01:48 PM

Seems like a pretty pointless thing to lie about, and they must have been lying to themselves too since they married men making less than them

/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 07:48 PM

Obviously these people exist, there's a person out there with any crazy view you can imagine. What I doubt is that this is the norm, in my own experience most people don't care whether their partner makes more than them, as long as their partner makes enough to take care of themself.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 07:24 PM

What's an AFC?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 04:28 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 04:25 PM

You know the whole "girlboss" thing redpill guys hate so much? That's women being against "wealth gap relationships". It's already pretty common for women to worry for stay at home wives and encourage other women to make their own money. And a big difference is a wealth gap isn't always financial abuse, but a fresh 18 year old is always going to be much less developed mentally, financially, socially, ect, than a 50 year old.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 02:07 PM

Can't you say you're busy? Or are you being paid to be there?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 01:47 PM

Speak for yourself, I'd rather be an average man any day
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 12:57 AM

Depending on the circumstance I'd probably forgive anything tbh
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/24 12:47 AM

I don't know, I'm not an expert or anything. I just know single mothers tend to be very busy and it's likely she'll ask for help sometimes. I'd just recommend being firm in your boundaries.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 11:08 PM

Sounds resonable to me, though avoiding being a caretaker entirely might be difficult. Many parents don't like their partner acting as a parent towards their kids and consider that oversteping, so you shouldn't have too hard a time there.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 11:03 PM

But would I be expected to do alot of stuff for them? No clue, everyone's different, you'd probably want to discuss expectations early on. I've had several stepparents though and all of them, even the assholes, did a fair bit of stuff for me. Driving me to school/home, watching me, cooking for me, etc. Odds are the older the kids are the less you'll have to do, like for a teen you'd just have to cook a bit extra at dinner.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 10:49 PM

Why must you have good taste, reading this makes me want to go obeast mode
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 10:37 PM

Dating a single mom sounds like a lot more effort... unless the kids are out of the house, you'll have to live with them if you want to live together, she'll likely be financially struggling, and if you plan on dating long term she'll likely want you in the kids life. Not saying you shouldn't date single mothers, but if your goal is to avoid effort then that might not be wise.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 10:34 PM

As long as it doesn't bother her and you think it helps you, then you do you. Who cares what randos on reddit think
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 02:10 AM

....ew
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 01:29 AM

Yes
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 01:29 AM

You know you're allowed to keep some thoughts in your head, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 01:27 AM

Of course, if you're too tired to do something, you shouldn't make yourself miserable attempting to. Unless it's something that needs to get done. But if it's something that's meant to be fun, going when you really don't want to defeats the entire point.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/24 10:53 PM

I don't say it as a joke, I just think she's cute
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/24 12:08 AM

Uncomfortable, it might offend me a bit if she doesn't stop when I ask though.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/24 11:40 PM

Why would she break up with you over that? I tell my gf she has a cute tummy, it's not an issue for everyone. Also, why a week later..? If it's so offensive that you'd break up over it, why wait?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/24 11:37 PM

I personally feel like a first date should really be more like a second date ifykwim, I do not know what you mean
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 05:21 PM

I don't think most people are bothered by that
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 05:01 PM

What's wrong with that? It's a public location so low risk of being murdered, and there's little distracting you so you're free to just talk and get to know eachother.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 04:56 PM

There's also the risk of them not washing properly, I've heard many stories of guys getting chucks of toilet paper in their mouth... I'd vomit
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 03:12 PM

Fellas, is it cuck activity to have sex with a woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 03:09 PM

Life has suffering, life is many many things.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 03:05 PM

Who cares if it's "manly"? It's nice and it doesn't hurt anyone, so just do what you enjoy and don't worry about what weirdos think.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 03:03 PM

Not necessarily but it's definitely not attractive. Those things get nasty underneath, and you know she's not wiping her ass well.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 03:01 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 05:25 AM

Do you have any evidence? Cuz I have literally never seen this in my life.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 04:37 AM

Well that was disturbing, if anyone needs me I'll be giving my brain a bleach enema
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 03:43 AM

I think it's just a vocal minority sort of situation. People who have lots of sex are of course more likely to talk about sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 03:24 AM

Some dogs just hump everything in sight, my friends dog is like this, he's traumatized many cats... as for the nose in her crotch, period maybe? Most dogs are a big fan of the smell of blood. Or she's fucking her dog but I try not to leap to making gross assumptions about people
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 03:21 AM

The women who don't feel that way don't comment so it makes it look like a disproportionate amount of women agree

/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/24 09:17 PM

Mine was basically the same, we learned about stds in 8th grade and I think we briefly went over different forms of birth control and how none of them work but abstinence. There was a lot of focus on the stds.

Because that's been proven not to work...

Arguably rape by deception if the trans person knew their partner wouldn't be interested if they knew they were trans, and had sex with them anyway. Or if they outright lied about being trans. Simply not bringing it up though is not rape, you're not obligated to tell your sexual partners every detail about yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/24 08:59 PM

I don't think lying is necessary to do that
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/24 05:47 PM

Do you genuinely believe men not getting their dick wet quite as often as they'd like is at all equivalent to rape?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/24 05:43 PM

Or stop dating toxic women and using them as an excuse to be toxic too
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/24 05:42 PM

Idk, if I had to guess I'd say around 20-25% if they knew for certain that they could get away with it, otherwise maybe 15-20%. But this is purely guesswork
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/24 09:08 PM

Fair enough, I think you can still fantasize about something without genuinely wanting it, though. Sometimes I fantasize about being reborn in another world or turning into a dragon, dumb stuff like that. I wouldn't choose it if I actually could though.

/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/24 08:38 PM

Most women (about 87%) don't cheat, let alone with a celebrity, so no it does not represent most women
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/24 08:35 PM

Well yeah if thoughts were a crime there wouldn't be a free person left in this world. Cheating is something you can control, thoughts just happen, so you can't be blamed for them unless they affect your actions.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/24 08:25 PM

Funny you say that given you made this little scenario in the hopes of women siding with the cheater and literally no one has
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/24 08:22 PM

Or is it a gradual shift from birth rates switching to 3/1? Either way it'd be bad for the economy and there'd be a bunch of depressed women. Pass. 2) More cheating and a less productive society. /r/PurplePillDebate04/01/24 12:27 AM

Because many people hate the word "no", being pulled away means they don't have to say it. Directly rejecting may increase the risk of being followed out of the bar and hurt, or even hurt on the spot. The woman who was hit in the face with a brick was surrounded by people. Given this is a bar, people are likely to be drunk, therefore more emotional and irrational and less likely to consider the security guards before attacking someone.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 06:40 PM

Were any of these adult women in clubs surrounded by people with security & cameras? Yes. He followed her home.

/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 06:29 PM

Having options and being more "judgemental/picky" prevents miserable loveless marriages where nobody wants to leave because they feel they have no choice. I do think women are unique individuals, but this is cringe about them, they are oblivious and cruel, That sounds like a contradiction. And I agree most women definitely have an easier time getting sex or a first date, but majority aren't looking for casual sex. I think most women acknowledge this. Just because dating may be slightly easier for women doesn't mean that life is, I think that's the thing almost all women are saying. Also, just because you don't say this stuff outright to women does…

The fact that you see women like that is the reason nobody wants to date you, not because you're a little shy. Cis women technically aren't female if they can't produce eggs "distinguished biologically by the production of gametes (ova) that can be fertilized by male gametes." And yeah, I'm aware, I shared an unpopular opinion about my gender that may make someone see me as a traitor to my gender.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/23 03:46 PM

Huh, looks like you're right. I was under the impression sex was defined by multiple characteristics, but I guess that's just correlation. Technically a woman who doesn't produce eggs isn't female, and a man who doesn't produce sperm isn't male. I don't see how I wasn't answering the question right, that was a pretty controversial opinion about gender in some places.

I think most gender roles are dumb, pointless, and arbitrary. The fact that some will claim to believe men and women are equal then look down on "feminine" men and "masculine" women is the most ridiculous thing to me. Even physical features, if you're …

/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 11:32 PM

Neither is in the right, though the husband is clearly moreso in the wrong. The wife is being intentionally hurtful here, something you should never do to your partner, though it seems somewhat understandable given the circumstance. Slapping her is completely uncalled for, she has done nothing physically harmful. And he's taking advantage of the fact that she can't retaliate against his abuse, while he is perfectly capable of arguing back or simply ending the conversation.

Much of the same reasons an adult "dating" a child is creepy. There's a gap in power, maturity, and experience. There's no arbitrary age where you suddenly snap into adulthood, a 17 year old doesn't gain enlightenment on their 18th birthday. So even if they're technically legal, an 18 year old isn't much different from a 17 year old, so I find it simularly disturbing when a 40 year old wants to date them. /r/PurplePillDebate14/04/23 01:48 AM

Around 3.5% of the population is gay, lesbian, or bi. Maybe most bi women end up with men because there's many more of them available.

Why would you blame your parents...?

And it's just as gross when they say it. If that's what you meant, why isn't it what you said? Being able to adjust to new conditions and being easily influenced are two very different things. Unless you meant the other definition of adaptable, able to be modified for a new use or purpose, which is basically the same as malleable and equally creepy. It sounds like you're looking for someone you can control and manipulate into whatever you want.

more malleable ...That is incredibly creepy and not something you should be looking for in a partner imo

In online dating, don't you pick the people who can message you? Every dating app I know of you have to choose each other, so why would she be getting messages from people she considers ugly and judging off of that? Seems kinda silly. Besides, a disgusting comment is gross no matter who it comes from.

I agree, did I say anything to suggest I think people are owed a chance..? They're not, if you don't want to date someone for any reason you're not obligated to try and force yourself to. If you don't want to date someone because they used to have casual sex that's your own choice but I think it's wrong to call them a hoe.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/03/23 04:40 PM

So people are incapable of change..? If you were anything at one point, then you're that thing forever?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/03/23 02:35 PM

How are these at all comparable? A pedophile is defined by their attraction, a "hoe" is defined by their actions. A pedo who thinks about children but doesn't act on it is still a pedophile, so even if they used to molest children and stopped, they're still a pedo since odds are they're still attracted. A hoe on the other hand ceases to be a hoe when they stop having casual sex, they're no longer "hoeing around" so they're not a hoe.

Okay, I just checked and you got me, by definition all humans are in fact objects. Though colloquially they are rarely considered to be.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/23 12:36 PM

I agree, most people wouldn't want to use an object that's already been contaminated. What's your point? Humans aren't objects, these aren't at all comparable. You might as well say nobody wants someone who exercises because a car that runs too much is less valuable lmao Do you have any actual reasons or just an analogy?

Why does having sex make someone "used up" and less valuable?

I've never know a promiscuous chick to just be quiet about it. If she's quiet about it, how would you even know she's promiscuous? That's kind of like saying, "I've never met a liar who wasn't caught, so all liars are bad at it."

No.

It’s come to a point that men are teaming up with other men against women because women have become more masculine. Men are becoming more feminine, therefore are attracted to masculinity in women, more than feminine women. Looks like you just contradicted yourself. If men are more attracted to masculine women, why would women being more masculine make men team up against them? Why would women being more masculine make men team up against them at all? You're just making strange baseless claims. S…

That’s like asking if people should breathe less air or desire less food. Not really, those are needs, sex is a want. It's more like saying "should people want to play video games less?"

As someone under 25 with a girlfriend under 25, no, I did not know that, I'm not sure if it's as common as you think. I can see how this could make you uncomfortable, but I think it would be healthier to just try and get over your insecurities, if that's not something you can do right now then I think it would've been fine to explain to her how the snapchatting makes you feel and see if she's willing to stop for you. Demanding she stops just sounds controlling, especially if you'll be demanding …

After seeing the other comments, it looks like I was wrong about nobody wanting that. Though if it's purely for sex it'd probably be better to just hire a prostitute since you don't have to deal with them every day, just when you want sex.

Single. I don't get how this is even a question, who would ever choose that? People end up in relationships like this when things start better but with time change for the worst. I don't think any sane person would go in wanting a loveless relationship that gives them nothing. What's the benefit? That just sounds like having a shitty roommate.

Okay, I'll admit, I made a mistake focusing on the literal production of crops. What exactly is your point though? Are you advocating for just... growing more food? But what about the distribution of it? Communism? Because that comes with a whole new heaping pile of issues. Or maybe just funding more farmers via the government, so there's more supply, then demand and prices go down? Honestly, I don't immediately see the issue with that, but neither of us are experts and I'm sure there's a thousa…

To me it looks like it's never going to go according to plan, because giving the government that much power is dangerous and the people in charge will always take advantage.

Not my point at all, I'm saying that just because it grows out of the ground doesn't mean it's not a complex issue, because it doesn't come from nowhere.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/23 12:38 AM

Yeah, it grows, aka it takes time, resources, energy, etc. Farmers exist for a reason, food doesn't just magically spawn in the grocery store ready to eat.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/23 11:52 PM

And where are we going to get all the food? How are we going to afford to distribute it? How are we compensating those producing the food? My point is that it sounds good as a vague hypothetical, but things aren't so simple. EDIT: (First half of comment was made before USSR was mentioned) Were they successful..? I'll admit I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure freedom was very limited and life was generally quite unpleasant for the people living under this system. I'm sure there's a better way to i…

What's the point in having a long-term relationship with someone you can't be honest with? If you have to lie for the rest of your life to be with them, you should probably just find someone else you can be yourself with.

Are you trolling..? You might as well say the solution to world hunger is "give everyone food". How is this at all attainable? Humans aren't a colony of ants that mindlessly do what's most efficient, we would never just perfectly pair up like this. Besides, this doesn't account for cheating, unhappy relationships, and a thousand other issues.

My partner and I actually met on reddit, so I don't think she'd have much of a reaction
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/23 01:09 AM

Depends on the circumstance. If it was an impulsive decision that she immediately told me about and was remorseful over, I'd forgive. To be honest, I'd also forgive something that she hid for a while, if it was to prevent hurting me or out of fear of us breaking up. Now, if it was something more long term that she just chose to hide from me, then I'd realize she was never really who I thought because my partner would never and I'd probably break up, though it'd be really difficult for me to do s…

Stating that something is what it is not is gaslighting Wow, that word really has been overused into losing all meaning. It is not inherently gaslighting to state something that's incorrect by textbook definition, gaslighting specifically refers to a manipulation technique meant to make you question your memories or your sanity. It's claiming something is false that you know is true and your partner knows is true but can't prove, so they start to wonder if they were remembering correctly. This i…
