That attractive women do not get the same sentences as unattractive women for the same crime, there’s plenty of evidence of it. And to quote her lawyer. Lafave's lawyer John Fitzgibbons stated, "To place Debbie into a Florida state women's penitentiary, to place an attractive young woman in that kind of hellhole, is like putting a piece of raw meat in with the lions." So even though she took a plea deal, she wasn’t going to go to prison.
