It always shows how entitled a child is when they cry because they don't get what they want... oh wait she said she was 40?

Yep its the cops job to defend you, if you get in trouble curl up in a ball and wait. Remember when seconds matter the police are only minutes away! /s I should mention that attacking the aggressor after the threat is over is a bad idea tho, and is not self defense.

I wouldn't say its wrong, I don't personally approve of it but its far different than GM or circumcision and can be removed later in life (yes there are small holes remaining but they are barely noticeable and don't harm the child) I would however draw that line at ear lobe earings.

It is a fairly common practice for parents to have their child's ears pierced

Actually with you example the distinction you are making is actually following instructions = following unlawful orders there's a big difference. The Nazis that used the excuse of just following orders, were using that excuse to justify following unlawful orders. I assure you not even a Nazi would be on trial for just following orders if those orders were a legal command.

I've never heard of a law like that, til.

Are you being serious? Can you really legally renege on a deal such as a private car sale if you can prove inebriation at the time? Would it work the other way around?

There was in the old express test, the express had standards seperated by sex and age, the new force test does not as of now. http://www.cg.cfpsa.ca/cg-pc/Ottawa/EN/FitnessandSports/MilitaryFitness/CFexprestesting/Pages/NewCanadianArmedForcesminimumphysicalfitnessstandard.aspx

They may be going off the rumours that someday they will add an exemption level after enough data is gathered but as of now there is no difference.

I have already done this test on a reg force base and watched my entire ships company do it
/r/MensRights15/10/13 09:03 AM

As of now the new test has no different requirements for age or sex , however this is the first year and they are gathering data they could add the age and sex levels next year.

They just changed it this year to be equal in Canada now, but before a 19 year old female had a lower fitness standard than a 60 year old male

I have done the new force test and it is in fact far easier to achieve standard than before, however now males and females have the same test standard despite the difficulty

In the Canadian forces, just this year we changed our test to be equal, before a 19 YO female had a lower fitness standard than a 60 YO male, it was infuriating.

You're exactly right, also name me any other decision you make when drunk is void because of your state of mind when you made it

Chances are if it is a party and she is too drunk for consent the man is also probably too drunk for consent. Wouldn't that mean they are raping each other

And what about the accusations effect on the accused man's life.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
