Just give her compliments in unique avenues no one compliments her, i guess..? not sure, not an expert here.. First, just talk to her, i'm sure your subconscious will take over if you know the topic you'll be talking about, and sneak in compliments here and there in the middle of the conversation.. Like the cliche 'He's just a friend'. /satire jk, I'm not an expert, but i guess you can talk to her, not intimately, just befriend her, do that first. Not go NTR someone XD.
