I'd like to point out that this only works if she's into you already which it sounded like she was.

She's most likely an avoidant and you made her feel warm and fuzzy but because she's avoidant she gets scared away from those feelings.

Finally one where I can butt in. Dancing is about listening to the music like not just hearing the music but feeling it and letting your body move according to the beat. It definitely takes time to get to that point though. I'd lock down one form of dancing first for a few months or more then switch between different forms to develop your own style. If you're using dance for seduction purposes generally Club, Latin and Country forms are the best ones to learn. Line dancing can also be a useful t…

You'd be surprised at how many women are like this. The only variable that I can't figure out is how to detect it on the first date or before. Like, how do you detect those type of tendencies?

Agreed, that's the way it is. If she's not into you nothing you say or do will change it.

That's definitely one thing you never see on here. Women are binary when it comes to attraction, they're either into you or not. The level of interest can vary, but if it's low, you're not getting anything.
/r/seduction06/03/26 03:31 PM

Agreed, I'd just say that many read everything here and don't apply it, leading to frustration.
/r/seduction03/03/26 03:03 AM

Even then, theory is just theory. If you don't approach, you aren't gonna get anything.

She has to be either drunk or very attracted for casual sex to happen, though.

I'd be really careful about using Tinder, there's a lot of scammed and bots on there. Don't send any risqué photos.

Wise words, I will say women in general nowadays do a bad job of indicating interest. Like they are very cryptic when doing so, it feels like I need to be Alex Turning to crack the code.

Ok, try it. I want to hear how it goes. If worst comes to worst, just report them to the IRS for not reporting their tips.

They don't operate that way. They'll ask you to buy private dances and have you pay a lot of money while "flirting" with you.
/r/seduction05/01/26 03:11 AM

Ah, in that case there are some that'll do it but will charge for "extra's". There are others that will lead you along to get something out of you.

Don't, unless you want to be a sugar daddy and have that type of relationship.

Its possible, but opening can be a but harder sometimes.

It can have mixed results depending on where you go though. There are spots where the women just want to dance and aren't interested in guys approaching. But I've seen successful approaches here, and I've had a few myself. But a lot of variables have to align.

No, been there done that, and sex ends up becoming something they use against you.

What I find helps me in those situations is to keep an eye on my peripheral vision and if I see someone glancing over to me I approach and find something to say about their outfit, drink or something tied to the context. Like last Saturday I was freezing, so I approached a fire pit and simply asked if it would be ok to warm my hands here then I joked about my hands and went from there. In my case, everyone was either taken or in a closed off group. But it made for some good practice.

When I was a Christian, I went to a youth group and young adults group and did try to meet women there but the reality of those spots are that the people there don't have anything else going on in their life and their whole personality revolves around their religion. If you're Christian and are looking for a wait till marriage type, then by all means, go ahead and go there.

Girls don't admit it, but they go crazy for muscles it feels like they respect a guy more who takes care of his body. It's not the only thing that matters, but it helps.

The best advice I can give is to not date online, especially as a guy. Sliding into DM's isn't better, especially if you don't know them or never crossed paths. It's a losing game that drains more energy than you'll ever get back.

To be attracting no one, even the ugly ones says that you're either below average, living in the wrong place, or not going out enough tbh.

Having the same problem here, even when I was somewhat put together that was the only type that I attracted. I think it comes down to me not having an asshole persona or looking like a model.

I'm 25 with a body count of 4, and I'm already there. Like, what's the point of a hookup if you wake up feeling more lonely the next day.

It's possible, but it depends on the venue. Some dance clubs usually have mostly women that just want to dance and nothing more. You generally can pick it up after feeling the vibes of the people that go there regularly.
/r/seduction04/10/25 08:14 AM

Yeah, there's a lot of women there usually and if you go enough times they remember you.

One thing that has helped me and my best friend has been to get into dancing. It makes you more comfortable around others and gives you a chance to practice your flirting skills. It also gives a natural cue for you to use to touch others.

Attraction like that is exceptionally rare OP I hope you know that. Connection like that should be cherished. Sure the age gap is massive, but it's also worth pointing out that different people age differently. Don't listen to people here, follow your heart for once in your life.

Honestly bro, if she does that just give her an ultimatum amd if she goes she goes you didnt lose anything of value. While if she stays, then its not intentional.

In my experience, it happens when you're more attractive than they are or they've had a bad relationship experience recently.

Well can you tell me a bit about her? If not then that answers your question. Get to know her first. If you do know her then list her favorite hobbies and a little bit about her.
/r/seduction24/08/25 09:20 PM
2

You don't have to be over the top with it. Just talk about topics that she likes. If she likes football start a convo about one of the recent football games. Etc, etc. Also don't treat it like a competition, you are just talking to her and determining if you are both compatible with eachother.
/r/seduction24/08/25 09:10 PM

You definitely can, for starters I'd avoid overthinking and get to know her for a little bit and build comfort and familiarity. During this time make sure you show genuine interest and care for her by making her feel heard. Then after a while you should make your move and ask her out.

All you can do is follow your heart. Don't rely on other to make decisions for you be assertive and follow what your gut and heart are telling you. If you love her, lock in and give it your all. If she reciprocates then its back on. If not then keep some dignity and move on.

Looking fancy in your photos, being involved to some extent in high value hobbies like traveling. Im other words just giving off a high value vibe off of your profile.

I recently went on a date and that's what got me to third base. I'll also say perception of value goes a long way. I recently updated my profile to have photos with high value energy, and I've been getting more attention as a result of that.

Dance in general is really good. Swing dancing was a game changer for me. It made it a lot easier to approach and engage with women. It also makes you feel less alone.
/r/seduction11/07/25 05:40 PM

A lot of it comes from initial attraction, as much as it sucks to say women decide if they're into you or not within the first 5 seconds of the interaction. If they like you they'll keep talking to you if not they'll try to break the interaction.

As someone who's also seeing issues with apps. I've been noticing that a lot of women aren't active on the apps anymore. Even if you get a match, it's rarer and rarer for them to respond no matter the level of text game you have. I'm not 100% sure what it is, but regardless of the reason, your best bet is to cold approach. The worst they can do is say no.

Sometimes women will give you a cue for when they want you go in for a kiss. They'll stare at your lips and give some body language cues like biting their own lips or giving a seductive gaze at you. Other times, it's just a matter of picking up on the level of energy exchanged between the two of you. If it's high enough and you are both really into the activity you are doing then you can go for it. 90% of the time it'll work and the other 10% she'll just turn her head away from the kiss.

Yeah, as someone getting back in the game that's been my biggest challenge. It feels like a good chunk of women I've approached are like walnuts, and I have nothing to open them up with. But from what it sounds like I've been overthinking everything and definitely need to go back to the basics.

This is something I've been struggling with, is there a good list of questions like that somewhere, or is it more of a situational thing that you have to develop on the spot?

This, one thing people don't talk about is the impact the pandemic had on women and their social skills. I've noticed this both on the apps and IRL. There are times that I had to hold down almost 90% of the conversation.

I just got back from a date like this, and it seemed like they were just closed off. Sometimes, with the right questions, you can open them up. But other times, it just doesn't work. It's the luck of the draw. There are things that can help improve your odds like playfully teasing/debating them on their tastes. Like if they prefer Bane or Batman or if they like Pineapple on Pizza. Controversy that leads to teasing/debates, leads to attraction.

Solid advice! Do you have any romcoms that you'd recommend?

Solid advice. Would you recommend talking about fun/wild stories to try and set a playful tone to the conversation?
/r/seduction28/03/25 04:39 AM

Generally yes, the way I've been doing it is that I've been approaching women at dance clubs, asking them to dance, then casually talking with them while I dance.

Being an oddball can play into your favor if it's considered exotic. Which it sounds like it is in your context. If you wanted to you could try flying around to different cities, going out, and seeing where you get more interest. I will say, big cities generally have a better dating scene with a few exceptions.
/r/seduction28/03/25 04:35 AM

As someone who goes swing dancing every week, I can say that it is worthwhile to go. There's usually more women than men at some of those events, and most of them are single. Dancing will help you get comfortable around women and comfortable breaking the touch barrier. You will also find a few partners that you connect with real well as you get into it. I'd also recommend hitting up a dance club as well to practice the skills you learned in the class.
/r/seduction21/03/25 04:03 PM

Thanks for the recommendations I'll save them for when I'm down there.

It sounds like there's a story behind this.

In my short experience with speed dating I can say that it's easier to get into the flow of conversation. But the age demographic is normally in their late 20's to late 30's. But this is in Denver, CO. So that might be different where you are.
/r/seduction15/01/25 04:52 AM

Thankfully I've been doing it for a while, so I have some experience. But work and school have kept me from committing to it. But now I have enough time to fit it into my schedule. Thanks for the addendum!
/r/seduction05/01/25 11:43 PM

Got it, so like places with dance lessons? In my city, there are a whole bunch of swing dancing spots that tend to have more younger people there. The only thing is that most of those spots don't have a bar. Would that also fit into this category?
/r/seduction05/01/25 03:58 PM
1

Solid advice, I'll look around and try it out. For me, the social anxiety is still there, but I've been able to get it in check with a drink or two beforehand. I'll also do some more research for inner and outer game and see what I can find to improve my techniques.
