| 1 | Patriarchy; what patriarchy..?Was suffrage just a fever dream of radicals? There have been many civilizations in which women have participated in politics, and many were they were not represented, considered property, etc. Even so, it is very recent history for women to have bank accounts in the US, for instance. They want rights, so they fought for them. And they still are very underrepresented in a lot of spaces. | /r/MensRights | 20/10/25 07:15 PM |
| -5 | Casual Misandry during the No Kings ProtestsKamala Harris has been called a DEI hire, that she slept her way to the top, that she is ugly as a dog and all sorts of stuff online... how is this any different? I get what you mean about hipocrisy, but you don't have to confound individuals with a party rhetoric, and that goes both ways. Poking fun at someone like those signs are doing will rarely be exclusively constructive criticism, but that just means there are hateful people everywhere, and we all know that already. | /r/MensRights | 20/10/25 07:01 PM |
