I love your hope. Sorry about when your solicitor is told by her solicitor how you would beat her for burning the roast but best you be prepared

Without kids or work - what have you been up to? My parents split around your age while my mum retired and dad kept working, kids moved out and moved on but what was the expectation? You love her but would be happy alone? Would you miss her? Want to keep her as a friend? Didn’t figure if you’re happy without her telling you you’re sexy and dating is a bitch trust me… I realise this is the opposite to the other advice you have so not looking for attacks, just playing devils advocate to understand

It’s time limited. I’m otherwise very happy :)

I did think of that… however my solicitor said there needs to be proof that I have her the money or she can take me to court again. It’ll be spread over 30 pages of bank statements but will be accounted for ;)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
