We know we are being constantly bombarded with propaganda about The Patriarchy, Toxic Masculinity, Male Privilege, and so on. A more reasonable assumption would be that the ratio of males:females among the known and unknown populations are the same. That means that 96% of the Japanese homeless are men according to the cited statistics. Homelessness is one of the most gendered issues in the world.
