1	A few of my observations in the medical field as a guy with the male/female ratio being 1:10 Tech is a lucrative field but people don’t don’t realize that tech pay is bifurcated. The guy having it easy is not the one making the big bucks. If your making doctor money 200k+ your in the top 5% or 10% of tech workers. These are dudes that either were programming for 5+ years before it was cool or are cracked going to the best colleges, passing the hardest coding and interviews questions, and getting the best jobs. 1	Men do not reward loyalty The traits that lead to success both romantically and in one’s career are often correlated to cheating and other unethical behavior. Ruthlessness, high self confidence, charisma, risk taking, advocating for your interests at the expense of others.
