1	Women in Male Advocacy? FYI "gender" does not exist. It is equivalent to the believe in a sex-soul. "equity" means equality of outcome. There has been a lot of shenanigans and lies surrounding the word "equality". I know atleast 4 different meanings that all get associated with that word. 1	How would you respond to "America is a patriarchy because we haven't had a female president"? Imho, basically all arguments can be reduced to exponential growth. If you have two populations which differ in mean and variance, the results will be huge after a long enough time. There is the theory that men have a higher variance for many traits in comparison to women. This would result in more men being very rich/powerful and more men being poor/powerless than women.
