Yes I’ve been in therapy for 3-4 months now, once a week visits. She’s been fantastic about helping me think of things clearly and get out of the victim mindset. I’m still struggling if I’m just being overly sensitive and I just need to buck up and live with it.

I have been seeing a therapist for about 3 months now. My wife has been attending on her own for 3 weeks. My wife has been talking to my sister and I know that my sister thinks she’s helping, but it’s isolating me. My parents response is to pray about it and trust God will fix things. I’ve been told by my wife not to talk to friends about it. But she’s allowed to talk to whom ever she pleases.

No I haven’t hired an attorney yet. In fact I still have my ring on. I’ve been seeing a counselor on my own for about 3 months and am on Zoloft to deal with it all. Being of Christian upbringing, there’s negative stigma with divorce and my family “understands and sees how she is” however are pressuring me to stay and work it out. I don’t have anyone in my corner.
