It's undoubtedly sexist to consider a show in which women kill men to be "light humour". It says a lot about how society already is. A feminist may demand more rights to counter what they say as greater men's rights.... but in reality they may have equal rights, and the feminist may be demanding greater rights. That's true... an equal fundamental right argument is extremely appealing... that's why many use it to camouflage efforts to establish matriarchy. I guess what you are suggesting is that a bunch of small changes will result in larger changes and the sum of many larger changes will create the change we are looking to see. It seems overoptimistic. 3	Don't be fat and obese. You are men after all. Women naturally have significantly higher bodyfat percentages. It is merely distributed differently. It is extremely common for a female to have a much higher bodyfat percentage yet look much healthier compared to a man. For a woman, 25% bodyfat in the bottom of the average range.
