It all depends on what kind of anxiety you are talking about. If you have undiagnosed anxiety i.e. you feel this axiety all the time I strongly recommend you see a doctor and get some prescription medicine. It will change your life. if it's just with your girl then I recommend exposure. The more often you go out the less anxious you will feel. Keep going out with people and keep exposing yourself to stressful situations. besides that, the typical lift, dress well, kill at your job also applies. …

in short, when you are building your empire you will want heirs. I left the west to move to eastern europe because I didn't want to abandon our family's land and the family home. My mission is to restore our legacy and build a great life for myself. This is all for nothing if in 50 years I die and there is no one to take over. A woman can be a great addition to your life if done well. Have your friends to support you but you can build a decent relationship with a red-pilled lens. Ultimately you …

Depends on your age. When I was younger it didn't matter but with time I learnt to use it as a tool to keep my edge. If you masturbate your desire for women decreases. You end up wanting pussy less and less aggressive in flirting with them. Bottom line is it can only benefit you.

It happens, best to just move on and not think about it too much

It's extremely difficult to find an example of a woman sincerely apologising. Videos of women caught in the act of cheating are everywhere, same with screenshots of them having zero empathy of the guy. It's easy to get angry but its healthier to accept it as part of life that women don't care about your struggles, they just wait at the finish line and pick the winners.

I turn 30 this year too. I spent my 20s wanting to be successful, now I know how to actually get there and would be surprised if I don't by 40

I'm simplifying for reddit. The real answer is I don't know, but there are some signs of a complete lack of self awareness that give me that opinion. The main one is that I don't remember the last time I saw a woman sincerely apologise to a man about anything. This used to make me angry but now it's just a given to never expect an apology. There's also seeing hypergamy in action. They may not be truly solipsistic but it benefits you to act as if they are.

The real money is in sales, and everything can be sold. You start a business around that and you'll be fine. Don't expect real money until your mid 30s

A practical way of combating depression: aggression I battled with depression a lot in my early 20s, did the usual: lift, eat right etc. The problem is that these are all external remedies, you need something from the inside to flick that switch in your brain from victim to aggressor. Go figure out what sucks about your life and get angry at those that caused it. When you realise the true cause are your own actions convert that anger into actions. Now, this is the internet so I don't know your s…

I would say that social media has more exposed us for who we really are rather than fuck us up. Social media is just a tool, we're the ones using it. A part of me is grateful that this side of female nature has been exposed to us, at least we know.

Mostly unconscious. Never forget that women are solipsistic (they only see life from their own point of view). A guy in that situation already has a high enough SMV to get her on a date but not enough experience to keep himself there. Unfortunately there's no way to teach this, you have to learn it yourself.

You will never have the intimacy you are looking for but you will get some semblance of it. The reality is, that fulfillment you're looking for comes mostly from yourself but your friends and your woman compliments it. There is a certain level of intimacy you can only get from having one woman but you need to accept that it will never be satisfactory.

It depends on what kind of woman you are hunting and what type of hunter you are. Lean and mean (think Jocko Willink) is one version that works almost always. The only downside is you may come off too strong. The main upside is you filter out a lot of women only after validation. Other archetypes that work include the rock star archetype (think Rolllo Tomassi), the businessman archetype (think Don Draper), and the chilled night club guy (Rian Stone) archetype. The key is: be attractive, don't be…

What it means to be prepared to win: Define what "winning" is (a goal weight, no. or reps, no. sales) Build a process around it Measure your process in a journal and keep yourself updated In your nervous, ill-prepped friend's case: if he had a regular routine which allowed him to cover these topics (e.g. read 1 article from a top tier blog per week) he would have been fine. The process is everything, not the result.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
