This is outrageously lenient. Ah ok. The lengthy prison sentence makes more sense now. I still don't get why he was going after a young girl like that. By law, the exception permits a person 23 years of age or younger to engage in legal sexual activity with a minor aged 16 or 17. From Google. I wanted to be sure because I knew there were some exceptions. Either way I was not of age. I'm not claiming I was raped or taken advantage of.
