I started lifting today and I feel wonderful. Just because I was able to actually lift the weights properly and do a routine(Doing SL 5x5) was a great achievement for me who has never lifted. I'm 6'2 and 155 pounds. I will keep on lifting because the feeling is just...wow.

This is 100% true. I eat a shit ton of eggs, nuts, chicken and meat. I don't know much about dieting for work outs as a whole but I wouldn't mind ressources for help. My metabolism is fast as hell but I know this won't last.

I'm 6'2 and around 155 pounds. I'm really skinny but I feel some upper body muscles wouldn't hurt. (Drumming helped me get some pretty nice decent legs though.)

From my personal experience, the anxiety of going alone never truly gets away, but I use it as a motivation to not end up alone or at the very least, make new acquaintances. Plus, it makes you look great when you can actually enjoy being out by yourself.

I don't really see anything wrong for doing charity work, at all. It's an experience and you could certainly grow a lot from it by putting yourself in new situations. If you're genuine about wanting to help people and not necessarily recognition, then it's a great thing.

I'm a LTR guy too. With the occasional hook up here and there, but that doesn't satisfy me. Sure, sex is fun and all, but I'm much more about that emotional bond. Communication is my forte, which is good I guess but being able to walk away at anytime is clearly my weak point. I should work on that.
