That sort of support can be hard to find. Most online forums that claim to be about and for men tend to be anything but. Either they're places to apologise to women, or they're places to blame and obsess about women. Needless to say, neither of these outcomes actually centre men! I think many men need a space to be understood and heard without immediate judgement. eg. I'm not sure what condoms have to do with it. Women also have physical barrier options for contraception in addition to the pill. My point was: If risk-reward is what is holding back one male birth control option - an oral drug - then why does it not also hold back another very risky option - surgery.

The problem with this argument is that men do choose a surgical option (vasectomy) quite frequently, and that's surgery - a relatively high risk option that can sometimes even be non-reversible.

I'd say male advocate or men's advocate. MRA is a tainted label (and has been for the last 25 years at least). Sorry, but it's the truth. Bringing that label into a discussion is asking to be misunderstood. EDIT: I'd add that many of the most serious issues affecting men are not best expressed in the language of "rights".

That seems a little harsh. There are single men who would like to have children, just as there are single women in that position. Not to mention gay couples.
