She would have had better luck had she jumped and held to the top of the ramp, instead she landed on her feet and her body weight on the floor closed the "door". I'd even go so far as to argue that men have an inherent advantage because their center of gravity is higher than women's. But maybe that just supports the narrator's original argument.
