8	Why do majority of women say they want their man to be a confident leader, yet most women today are reluctant to be obedient/submissive? I don't even hear women talk about this trash in real life. Women want a guy who can stand up for himself and have her back when necessary. She should also have is back. The point is to be equals. We want a confident strong guy with emotional intelligence who knows how to diffuse arguments. Hot heads are a burden. We want a guy who can articulate himself and negotiate so we can advance ourselves in life.
