Sure Firstly it seems I mixed up two stories so my apologies for that, she didn't laugh about keeping them past their sentences. She laughed because she was prosecuting them for weed and she herself smokes weed. She also laughed about prosecuting mothers when their kids missed school, a lot of whom were single black mothers who were barely making ends meet.
