Scarcity mindset. No one saying not to look around in a bar. The picture I’m painting is being there to have fun vs only going there to scan the room and stand in the corner and do an approach here n there.

The post is about mindset, not scanning tactics. Don’t miss the point

Apply brutal self awareness. Are you really doing everything right? Everything? I doubt it

No not solo. I will do a thread on this later. Making friends which is a normal thing to do. And more normal to go out with friends as opposed to by yourself which makes things 10 times harder.

For me yes it was during uni. If you have a job then you can take 1-2 weeks of leave and just go hard as you can. If you live in a city there are things on every night even Monday night (hospitality night) or hostel parties.

As I said, one of the hardest things to do because a lot of your own ego is tied up in your friends. But sometimes you gotta bite the bullet to grow.

Hate to state the obvious, but there is no solution other than approaching (other than alcohol ;))

Debatable. Arguably can get better results walking up to a woman and being brutally honest. May require more balls/alcohol to do this though.

The best spot to meet women is a spot you enjoy frequenting without an agenda to just meet women ;)

1) you don’t need to drink at bars. 2) Consider bars as an umbrella term meaning: social gathering. You can go to markets, daytime festivals ect ect

I agree it’s very difficult just to read your way to confidence. Either you take action (very hard for most newbies) or you have someone like this in your circle that you can see and model the behaviours and slowly adapt.

People who don’t know charismatic guys like this (of all heights) need to get out more. Dime a dozen. In Australia this is the norm. To be an outgoing party guy. But there definitely are levels to it.

By ‘express,’ I mean you stop trying to impress others and instead just express yourself. In a 1 on 1, you’re not chasing validation or extracting value, you’re offering presence, energy, curiosity. You’re not thinking, ‘How can I get them to like me?’ You’re thinking, ‘What’s interesting about this moment and this person’. That shift makes you magnetic. Presence and out of your head.

Ok to answer your question bluntly: no, it is not a clear ioi. Yes, everybody just enjoy talking about sex. Hope this helps ;)

Here’s a thought: you don’t actually need a routine or to say anything

Wrong question to be asking and you’re approaching it from a paradigm that will not serve you. Trying to logically rationalise a mere mention of something sexual in conversation. Mate, if she ain’t having sex with you in the moment she ain’t thinking of having sex with you just for mentioning it in a convo. Dm for more

Self awareness extremely important. So yeh some limiting beliefs may be true but doesn’t mean you can’t work or get better in those areas. Most of the time you’re thinking of limiting belief it’s for an excuse not to do something.

No. They do not. And arguably they approach less. However they will tend to be more social and so meet more women by default. And may have larger social circles as a result of this also.

A cook isn’t faking it. They’re actually cooking — making real mistakes, adjusting, and getting better through real application. Same with social skills. If you’re just running scripts without real connection, you’re not growing - you’re microwaving frozen meals.

You are right that “real self” is a vague term if left undefined. That is why I was careful to define it: the real self is who you are beneath fear, shame, or bad habits. It is not just whatever you feel like doing in the moment. It is the version of you that acts from groundedness, not from compulsions or insecurities. On the second point, I understand what you are saying. Telling a few jokes or using techniques like DHV or push-pull by themselves are not inherently manipulative. Techniques are…

You’ve raised a valid concern, and I think the confusion lies in how we define the “real self.” The “real self” isn’t the sum of your habits, addictions, or moods. It’s not the version of you that’s shaped by trauma, laziness, or unchecked impulses. That’s your conditioned self, the version that’s been shaped by life’s circumstances, not your core. When I say inner game is about expressing your real self, I’m talking about the unfiltered, grounded self that exists beneath the insecurities, self-…

Your youth will end. And yes you’ll feel like you wasted it no matter what you do. Even if you party and travel every night of your entire youth. You’ll still feel like you missed out on something. That’s life unfortunately. Having said all that you should still make sure that while you are youthful you do the things that will be harder to do as you age. Eg solo travelling, backpacking ect and trying new things in terms of hobbies, activities.

It can definitely be fun during holidays or short trips, but making it your main way of meeting women could actually stifle you over time.
/r/seduction29/04/25 12:44 AM

Inner game isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about removing the mental blocks that stop your real self from coming through. Don’t try to “impress” rather “express”.

You can do everything “right” and still not click with someone. Not because you are lacking. Just because humans are complex. You need to find someone who is looking for someone like you, not force yourself to fit every person.

It’s normal to expand your social circle and make new friends. Don’t need to necessarily try to hook up with every woman you meet. Much more healthy and better for everyone in long run, yourself included.

What’s the issue. Lean into it. Nothing really you can do in the short term so may as well burn it to move to the next level ;)

As long as you’re honest with your feelings and intentions and not leading anyone on and wasting their time, then it’s all good
/r/seduction28/04/25 11:45 AM

It gets easier when you stop doing it to impress and start doing it to express. Once you reach that level, you realize that overdoing it actually feels incongruent with being someone high value. Use it to build confidence and skills, but there comes a point where you naturally taper off. Don’t expect it to ever feel “easy.” In fact, the better you get, the harder it can feel — because your standards may rise as you grow. ;)
