GOP made a flaccid effort to promote some half-ass aspirational version of masculinity. So, the GOP tried something to get some men to vote for them. Democrats could have done the same. Democrats knew they were lagging behind in the young men category. Unlike the GOP, Democrats could have put some honest effort to get men to vote for them. They didn't. No one is to be blamed for this election results. Especially not men as OP claims here. It's just that democrats were terrible at this campaign.

Why did the majority of men vote for republicans over the ruling party Democrats?

Most of them want to lure young insecure teenagers into their pyramid scheme. But, yeah both left and right wingers don't care about men rights in general. But right wingers always stand against any gender discrimination laws against men, which we leftists dont. And those right wingers are not in mainstream media.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
