So apparently I didn't have to do anything, he was so outrageous he pissed his own manager off. He's been fired. Is this the price of AMOGing? Should I go visit him at his other work places to learn his bullying strategies?

Here's how the management works. There is one manager and multiple supervisors. The supervisors actually have next to no power, and the manager maintains monopoly power (hire/fire, decisioning, etc). The manager is a very nice man but he almost never penalizes people, leading to shit like A and that one supervisor being constanyly at each others' throats.

I own a bunch of small businesses but no one knows what I do for a living If the girls ask you about your career and its stability what do you do? A lot of Asian girls (actually every single one) love to do this and frankly it's very annoying. I think it's a part of their culture? No I'm pretty sure the supervisor is dead-set on getting rid of him where possible. He can't stand the sight of his face, he literally yelled at him to get out of the exhibition bounds and threatened him to stay in his section. They don't ever maintain verbal communication.

Hahahah, he's annoyed the fuck out of everyone at some point of time. Ya I tried that, not very effective, lol. For one, this is a job I'm obligated legally (more like forced) to do, not one that I'm actually going to base my final career off of so I actually don't care about doing well in it. Secondly, in a way the strategy you described feels like maintaining a stagnant point while he keeps hitting new progressions elsewhere. The ignoring tactic rarely works against bullies.

I already do look at his actions, it always intrigued me how he was at the bottom of the employment ladder but regular guides (who by right should have much, much more power) could never get rid of him.
