3	Male suicide isn't a joke, I really need help. Unfortunately I am in the same boat as you. The mental health profession is littered with women and "hold hands" philosophy. Women are not men, but many of them cannot accept that we think differently. I was sent to group therapy (I was the only male there, including the therapists..). The very first day, we were literally asked to hold hands and throw a yarn ball around. I don't think it get's much more feminized than that. I just said fuck it and left.
