Make sure to pull your shoulders back while holding the weight, feel the squeeze in your shoulder blades. 5	Bad Genetics Except, it's not an all meat diet. The keto sub encourages veggies high in fiber like cauliflower and broccoli. There's no carb free magic, it's the use of body fat to ketones and of course a calorie deficit that makes it so effective for many people.
