Her mother is not 100% black, she has white ancestors. So that makes her daughter mostly of white ancestry. Ie she is white. So she is not black, not even half. In the UK its not illegal to resist arrest, so if you think you can get a way, lots of people will run. Not that it's very smart, wouldn't look good in a court case anyway. Different story in America, you can get yourself killed easily when guns are easily available. It's also an offence there.
