I never asked for it be displayed as half men and half women harrasers. clearly 5% of cases are done by women. Which could be because 1.no one reports sexual harassment agienst men or 2.when men report it they are laughed at and not taken seriously. I'm simply wanting HR to have a training program that shows what harassment agienst men looks like I don't even care if it's 1/50 examples. As long as it's there.
