1	I always seek validation from others, how do I stop. Try getting off social media for a bit. That’s the most toxic place if you have low self-esteem. People constantly post to impress other people, and girls especially we post a selfie so that one guy sees it 👀 not worth it. 18	How to flirt? Talk to them like with any other human being. Also consider every human special and think about how we are all miraculously here at the same time. Then you’ll start to want to get to know him/her even more, ask questions, let go of all barriers, and the conversation will just flow. The key is being present AF and truly cherishing the other person’s presence. Don’t ever hesitate to compliment them, but only do so genuinely.
