Dude wtf, chill the fk down with your socialanxiety. Who the fk acts like this over a question 😂 And no, not every 18 yo guy has that on his mind when backpacking… why would you even do that if you have dating apps..

Fair enough. It’s basically similar to Australia in a way. Don’t expect much from mixed dormitories, do you research well beforehand, and be open-minded. Personally, I would suggest to combine it with apps as well.

To reach this you have to learn how to make yourself comfortable first. There will be people than you but making yourself feel comfortable in any situation makes the difference in dating, career and even confrontation. Little mental trick is to lean back and make an open posture (arm/legs wide) if feeling uncomfortable.

Bro.. think it is fair to say that not everyone is as skilled with conversations as you are. A lot of people actually struggle with keeping a conversation rolling.

For instance, I could ask you this question right now in this thread. “So, from your experience, what did you personally find to be the best topic and the worst topic to ask a girl?” Purpose of the question is to dig into a personality rather than factual information exchange. You can combine it with every subject such as a hobby, holiday story, work, even something as small as a new drink. When I use this, I don’t have to think about what “subject” I need to talk about next and can focus more o…

Best to take an assertive stance in this scenario and let her know where she crosses your line. After that, it’s her choice

Dunno about subject honestly, I usually go for the “best and worst of that moment” questions and from there I see if it’s a match or not.

Ask him?

Don’t overthink bro. At university I constantly forgot about my homework, so let’s hope she means it. Her problem now.

Never go on a date where the attention is not focussed on you. Movie would be a bad idea, bowling is great.

Sure, my best opener… Depends on her. If she has a dog, this is mine. “You’re the cutest face I’ve ever seen. And I guess the girl is somewhat cute too ;). Wanna go for a coffee? ”

This is like every guy’s problem. I got rejected yesterday, and I expected it, so I already moved on lol. If it clicks, it clicks.

All people want to date someone of quality. No one would want to date someone who brings out the worst of them

A lot of people use dating apps for an ego boost honestly. Best to use a dating app when you don’t want a relationship.

I’ve taught you well. Now begin your journey hero.

Maybe the problem is the extensive research rather than giving it a go. What else do you have to lose?

Start with a compliment or a joke. You feel better and more comfortable if you can make people smile or feel good about themselves. And the talk will go more smoothly. And you can gain confidence by learning from your failures and successes. If I may quote one of the greatest persons I know: “A thing bigger than our failure is our regret. The regret to look back and realise you wasted an opportunity.” ~ consistent-count-890

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
