It’s honestly crazy how often this same talking point keeps being used. I as a woman would do anything in my power to protect someone being harmed. Regardless of the person’s gender and age. Yet for men, “protection” is something men use as a privilege or a reward, rather than simple common decency. I wouldn’t demand something in return, nor do I expect the same from anyone else. Because it’s who I am morally. Men like you will never evolve.

I don’t think you understand what a pick me is, but I already see plenty of comments explaining it. If men love and respect “pick me’s” so much, they wouldn’t have that nickname in the first place. Almost every pick me I know has struggled to get any men interested in them, and were only able to pull mediocre and abusive men that like the way they put down other women.

Since my viewpoint as a woman means nothing, start only taking advice from men in the same predicament as you, and see how far that goes. Some people choose to stay miserable and ignorant, so have fun with that I guess.

That’s interesting that you mention mostly physical traits, because you just described a lot of married middle aged men. Apparently even their own wife was able to overlook those traits. Crazy! And little to no does in fact mean a small amount of partners, to none. Meaning I’ve slept with virgins before. And you simply are using those terms synonymously. I promise you nobody on the planet obsesses over who men sleep with and how many people men sleep with other than other men. I do also want to …

What exactly would the “characteristics” be of a guy that are more likely to make him a virgin? What does that even mean? I didn’t know being a virgin was a character trait. However I have slept with guys that had little to no partners, and didn’t know it until they told me. There was no difference between them and guys that had tons of partners. And again, all the complaints you have are things men focus on. I think you’ve got some things mixed up. First of all, you’re using “virgin” in place o…

Not once have I ever wanted to pursue a guy because of how many partners he’s had. Not once have I ever even once thought about how many women a guy has slept with. I truly do believe that men based their standards off of what other men think or want. Only men base each other’s value off of how many women they have slept with. Also the only setting I can even see the topic of how many women men have slept with being brought up is in spaces amongst men.

I agree. As a woman I used to be so offended when guys I was talking to just stopped texting me. It was as simple as the fact they didn’t feel compatibility with me.

I’m demisexual. And the women friends I’ve had that weren’t Demi have had sexual desire for men based off of their looks, their body, and their charm. I’m sexually attracted to men based off of their charm, their personality, and their mentality. I’d say the difference between me and a lot of the women friends I’ve had is that their sexuality is consistent, and mine can go from nonexistent to masturbating 10 times in one day. I understand you’re just making a generalization to get a point across…

I’m starting to believe this does in fact apply to a lengthy amount of men. There was a post on Facebook about the heritage foundation wanting to instill the nuclear family unit, and there were a lot of men enthusiastic about this idea in the comments. I had commented essentially saying this is just a way to control and over work men. But all the men replying to me were still in favor of an enforced nuclear family unit, and were angry that I’m not in support of it. There were even single men ess…

I used to be a cam girl when I needed the extra money. I would basically have customers that would see me online. With OF you have to promote yourself a lot, and I’m too lazy for that. I’m at a point in my life where I simply don’t want to do SW anymore, because I don’t really need or want to. I have trauma from SW related things, and I’d rather it not happen again. I also care about what images or videos of me are on the internet. And if I have a child I would never want them to see me like tha…

I have no problem being the initiator. But from my experience, only the men that initiated first were actually interested in me. When I’ve initiated things and made the first move, the guy either wasn’t interested at all or was only interested temporarily. Whereas the guys that have initiated were genuinely interested in me, and it developed into a long term thing. This doesn’t go for every guy that has initiated first though

I mean, you can feel however you would like to feel about therapy. However, the level of care and help from the therapist obviously depends on the therapist. And men refusing to go to therapy is becoming a problem for everyone else. Because there is no reason men are constantly writing entire novels in women’s comment sections venting, or men will immediately pile every single problem they have ever had in their entire life on the first woman they decide they feel comfortable with. I’m not in th…

Based off of what I’m seeing and hearing, men and women are both experiencing loneliness and dating struggles. The difference is, women don’t talk about it often, or make it a big part of their life. Women are adjusting to being single better than men. But to answer part of your post, I can and do sympathize with good men that get taken advantage of, and just want to be loved for who they are. But a lot of the posts I see involving men’s dating struggles is actually them just complaining about a…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/25 06:19 AM

It all depends on which exact dating struggles you are referring to. Do men consider their sex life or a lack thereof as a “dating struggle”? If the dating struggle is that women’s standards are too high, I’ve always known men’s standards to be higher. For example- a lot of men say all men prefer an 18-25 year old girl/ woman, a virgin but a freak in bed, no baby daddies, and someone that wants her mind molded by the man. I can sympathize with the fact that there is a lack of empathy or sympathy…

There is in fact a such thing as internalized misogyny. If a woman develops misogynistic beliefs, it is internalized from misogynistic beliefs perpetuated by the patriarchy and men. Your comment seems so out of place on a post like this… Not sure how me despising misogyny in any form is bigoted. That’s a wild thing to say. Misogyny internalized or otherwise is DANGEROUS to everyone! And as a matter of fact the male obsessed women I’m referring to have almost caused me to lose my life. But you do…

Tbh, it goes a lot further than them just being desperate for romantic interaction with men. They have internalized misogyny, and because they are a woman, men that share her mindset will give her a sense of validation for believing these things. She then starts to see most women as the enemy, for daring to make claims that are different than the ones she was instilled and brain washed to believe. On another note, all of the male obsessed women I’ve ever known or ever been friends with have alwa…

I can answer for myself. At 19, I literally looked 16. I’ve always had a baby face. And at 19, I had bad acne, and didn’t have anything going for me in life. So older men would approach me simply for the fact that I looked younger. I didn’t look BETTER, just younger. And the reason a girl would be put off by an older man pursuing her is because most girls already got cat called as literal children. Becoming a teen and seeing grown men are chasing you because you still look younger is exhausting.

So you made an entire post rant about 30 year old men having the right to date 20 year old “girls” and you’re 19? Really? … and now you’re saying you wouldn’t even date someone 3 years younger? Just keep up with the things you say lol

That’s your red pill assumption. Or whatever assumption it is that has led to men making up “women only pursuing the top 10% of men. I dated the fat, short, nerdy and also conventionally attractive. I’ve never had actual preferences with men, other than our personalities and morals being compatible. And I mean, at the end of the day do what you want. These posts just give off the energy to you feel the need to defend it repeatedly. But not just defend it, make it seem like everyone else is irrat…

Notice how you say “man” and “girl”. The word “man” and “girl” should not be included in a sentence involving the word “relationship”. If you were trying to prove your case, the title of your post eliminated the chances of doing so. When I was in my teens and early 20’s, I found men who were 30 to come off as desperate. I always wondered to myself why they were single and pursuing me, rather than a woman their own age.

There is so much research that is JUST NOW starting to surface. And it’s still baffling that it took this long. The men on this thread are clearly incapable of accepting reality, and are perfectly content believing only women have biological clocks, and that if she can’t get pregnant from his aged sperm, or gets pregnant and has issues it’s all her fault. I can’t say I’m surprised these types of men would rather remain ignorant. They can no longer use a biological clock as an excuse to prey on t…

I already knew the comment section would look exactly how it looks. But I for one am appreciative of posts like this, and overall awareness related to this topic. I find it extremely bizarre that only women were blamed for any and all health issues or general issues regarding their offspring. And even today a lot of middle aged or elderly men are going out of their way to date teenagers, even at the risk of a potential child of theirs being born with a ton of issues because of them..

I’m demisexual, and my deepest connections have been with so called “unconventionally attractive” men. It was those men that caused me to still fantasize about them to this day. And quite frankly a lot of the “conventionally attractive” guys I’ve known have had little to no impact on me.

These types of people turn to AI to create an image that is rarely ever actually seen. I pretty much never actually see posts of women sad that they are getting older and are alone. What I do see constantly is women celebrating that they chose life on their terms, and they are traveling, have a community, and have no regrets. And often these women look younger than they are. It seems like a revenge fantasy created by bitter men that want to “spread their seed”, and are consistently getting rejec…

Size matters to some women. I still reminisce over an ex who was small. We had such a strong chemistry, and he knew what I liked. With this being said- maybe we should talk about how men have a preference for how a 🐱 looks.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/25 01:51 PM

I feel like the comparison of gender, and the access of sex is completely different. Women being able to have a lot of sex gets them look at negatively. But for the men that do have a lot of sex- they get looked at positively and praised for it. There’s also the issue of women risking the chance of pregnancy with almost every sexual partner- regardless of if she is on birth control or not. There’s also the issue of sexually transmitted diseases. And women are more likely to get tested for them. …
