To be fair, you have to factor in how much damage is done by each accident. I would assume women are more often involved in fender bender type of accidents, while more men are involved in larger scale ones. But of course that doesn't change the fact that it is unfair to have men pay different auto insurance rates than women. Luckily, where I am from they got rid of this a decade ago.

This is unsurprising because feminism is pushed by middle/upper class women and acts in self-interest. Issues that primarily affect lower class women (domestic violence, dependance on husband etc.) are deemed "social issues" that are up for individuals to solve. Meanwhile issues affecting upper class women are pushed to be dealt with though laws and government policy (e.g. equal representation in high status positions).

There was a TwoX post on the front page a couple of weeks ago saying they're shocked that according to a survey "one third of all men would rape a woman". But that included "coerce to have sex". It's been a good while since I read it but I remember being fascinated by their unique relationship. They were positioned by their respective camps to be fierce enemies but after so much time as the only immortal beings among mortals they both find that the other is the only one they can actually relate to and that rivalry becomes a connection based on deep respect.
