Sounds like the guy has high-functioning autism or Aspergers. Usually a lack of dating or social experience, simplistic attire and being very "nice" are signs of it. Poor guy. Just being different puts him at a disadvantage, especially with women who had "normal" sexual and relationship histories in their youth.
