Man I know! He had $100 million at age 18, and it’s not like he grew up knowing that kind of wealth. He was a middle class Canadian. It was all new to him. I think I’d be dead if I had that kind of wealth and fame at 18.

I don’t think it’s a pass. I think he’s saying that people do dumb shit in their life, and someone shouldn’t be judged for their mistakes forever. People grow, change, mature and learn from their failures. Being a bad person at 15 shouldn’t damn someone for the rest of your life.
