Why? Lol I work in 4-5 star hotels in Australia and the hotel bars are pretty boring. Usually its just families, groups of closed off travellers who arent really into socialising. Caters to more sit down diners. Maybe it depends on location. Heard in places like Vegas, LA etc it's different.
