I’m in Melbourne have shared custody of two daughters 9 & 13, work full time and have to pay child support 😡 best advice is see a lawyer ... set yourself up so you can live comfortably, share custody and not pay too much child support ... I’ve been doing this since 2014 it’s not eAsy but much better than being stuck in abusive marriage as mine was... but remember it doesn’t end I still have to deal with my ex and her unrealistic schedule expectations over parenting ...
