Hey dude, I got divorced at 30. I can tell you that it will get better. So much better. Take time to heal, go to therapy, and start to do the things you enjoy again. There will be hard days, but eventually those hard days will be farther in between, and one day you’ll wake up not thinking about it. Days where you feel sad aren’t setbacks. Feel all the emotions, embrace them, but keep going. I’m 31 now and am at the best spot in my life I’ve ever been. You’ve got this my dude.

It’ll be tough, but it’ll be worth it. When you start missing her and the chaos, realize that is normal for us to feel and it’ll pass. Good luck with your journey, dude, I’m rooting for you.
