12	First dates Excellent advice. I share locations with a few of my long-distance bffs. I always let one of them know I’m going on a date. I bought a ring doorbell and started sharing my location with my mom after a scare with a guy I dated for 6 weeks. I found out he had outstanding DV charges and restraining orders in another state and dumped him and went no contact.
