take away all of the choices that men and women make in terms of life and family, and lo and behold, it turns out that girls are actually paid more than guys. http://www.politifact.com/punditfact/statements/2014/apr/09/genevieve-wood/what-pay-gap-young-women-out-earn-men-cities-gop-p/

Women are not paid less than men. Why are you repeating debunked feminist bullshit?

Getting the number and date setup does not mean success. To go to poundtown, you still have to talk to the girl in person when you meet her. You can't just get by on looks at that point- you have to open your mouth.

I wish that worked for me. But I'm 35, divorced, and with a kid. No girls are chasing that, lol.

I think that with Tinder it's the same thing. You meet a girl, and you still have to talk to her for a few hours before trying to give her the bone. If you are good looking but your personality sucks, you're gonna leave with blue balls.

Do you really need a month-long strategy to get rid of a girl? Just don't text them for three days, and they will usually forget all about you.

I agree with you. It seems like approaching a girl at a bar is now a complete waste of time, because online dating has taken over. I like online dating, because that is my only shot at getting laid, but I also agree that girls are generally far less interested in relationships than they used to be. As far as advantages for good-looking guys, I don't think that online dating gives them that much of an advantage. When you meet a girl, you still have to talk to her for a long time before getting an…

It is so sad that anyone believed this story. The author or liar non-victim wants us to believe that seven pledges raped a girl on broken glass as an initiation ritual for a fraternity? It shows how feminists have successfully brainwashed huge segments of the population into believing the men are evil animals. People should have laughed at this story, but tons of people have been trained by feminists to believe the absolute worst about men. But for the people that questioned the obvious holes in…

I would like to know what she has actually produced in the corporate world. It appears that her high positions are purely a function of networking and political connections.

Banning words is horrifying. This bitch is supposedly the COO of Facebook, though she seems to be promoting herself full time. The power that she potentially has as a billionaire executive at Facebook is very scary to think about.

legally a rapist, but in practical terms, she is being a slut IMO
/r/MensRights14/02/14 07:01 PM

wow, you sound cool. I had a girlfriend about 10 years ago that would get naked on webcam, and I got upset about it then. I later realized that some girls are more sexually independent, and I should just appreciate them for who they are. I'm not sure if she ever "cheated" on me, but she liked having sex with me, and I should have just enjoyed that and not tried to put her into my media-influenced view of what a "girlfriend" is.
/r/MensRights14/02/14 04:54 AM

yes, it would be great if being deceptive was not the norm. I have had girls tell me that they prefer that I lie to them.
/r/MensRights14/02/14 04:32 AM

I wonder what you think I would do. If you have actually read my posts, I think it is pretty clear that I do not support genuine creepy behavior. I would just walk away once I was rejected. In fact, I have pretty much given up going to bars, and I will never hit on a girl unless she is very hot and blatantly flirting with me. The pleasure that women get out of rejecting a guy is kinda sickening IMO, so there is no point in playing that game, especially in my part of the country, where the single…

once again, you have fleshed out the point of this thread better than I ever have. great stuff
/r/MensRights13/02/14 11:18 PM

Your take on the origin of slut-shaming seems to be consistent with mine. Of course there are a million different reasons why a girl would be attracted to a guy and vice-versa. If you deny the basic interaction of guys looking for sex, and the girl making him wait, then I don't know what to say. I'm not particularly angry about this topic, I just thought that it would be a good thread for this part of Reddit. I have never been called "creepy" to my face, as far as I recall.
/r/MensRights13/02/14 10:45 PM

OK, so your premise is that men and women have the same desire for sex with new people? No, women (in general) would prefer to wait, and guys (in general) want it as soon as possible. So, women are the suppliers, and men are the customers. Women get to decide when the sex starts, and they generally want something before giving it up. Yes, there are exceptions, but that is the basic dynamic. I see no reason to ignore that reality.
/r/MensRights13/02/14 10:34 PM

I have to admit that a girl's approval of this thread is very gratifying.

/r/MensRights13/02/14 10:03 PM

The formula doesn't work regarding non-straight people. This thread is about hetero relations. if you ask a girl how many sexual partners she has had, and you penalize her for having too many, I don't know how you are giving "us" a good name.

my internet writing style has been crafted over the years, and it works fine. I certainly know all of the rules of grammar, and my professional writing style generally adheres to that. wow, you have a thin skin. hopefully you work for yourself, or are currently doing home-schooling, because I'm not sure you're ready to converse with people.

Good point. Think about the girls most hated by other women. They are always the hot girls showing cleavage. The comments sections of websites like TMZ or Daily Mail are very revealing
/r/MensRights13/02/14 09:19 PM

lack of capitalization is intentional to make the post seem more conversational I am not stressing words with quotes, I am using those terms to refer to what someone might say, and in some cases I find those terms misleading. I like putting punctuation outside of quotation marks. I know the rule, but I prefer to do it this way. I know the correct spelling of dude and douche. my spellings are funnier. That is amusing to me that you think that these are unintentional errors. Why don't you indent a…
/r/MensRights13/02/14 09:10 PM

I would. but I kinda reject the notion that girls have these "reputations" that everyone knows. Maybe if you are in high school or a small college or a small town. Generally, I hook up with girls that I know nothing about. If I knew them before, I am probably in their "friend-zone", or they are an ex-girlfriend of one of my friends, and that would be off-limits.
/r/MensRights13/02/14 09:03 PM

wow. that is horrifying. and it really shows how the "creep" label is much more insidious than the "slut" label. Girls presumably all talk to each other when they decide that they don't like a guy. there is simply no comparable behavior among men
/r/MensRights13/02/14 08:57 PM

Yes, sex has a market price. How could you be so naive? Women have the supply and men provide the demand. Women want other women to not give up the vag too easily, because that would diminish the value of their product. This is the origin of slut shaming. The market price is tough to measure with a dollar amount (except prositutes, who do advertise their price), but there is certainly a market price that is combination of time spent with the girl, money spent (maybe on dinner), and possibly some…
/r/MensRights13/02/14 08:51 PM

yes, I just meant statistically there are more virgins in the younger age brackets. certainly a 30 year old male virgin would be subject to very cruel commentary on a routine basis.
/r/MensRights13/02/14 08:35 PM

can you give me an example of bad grammar in the original post?
/r/MensRights13/02/14 08:23 PM

A+
/r/MensRights13/02/14 06:12 PM

Yes, "virgin shaming" is a vicious analogue to "slut shaming". But that only affects much younger men. And I'm sure plenty of virgins trying to figure out how to talk to girls are called "creepy" as well as "pathetic virgins"
/r/MensRights13/02/14 05:43 PM

yes, I agree with that, and I understood that point. no one is calling a girl that enjoys sex exclusively with her boyfriend a "slut". I was just going through a few other tangents related to your post.
/r/MensRights13/02/14 05:35 PM

great post. so, what would be the word for a girl that cheats on her partner, since the word "slut" has arguably lost its original meaning? "Whore" would be inaccurate. Maybe "ho"?
/r/MensRights13/02/14 05:04 PM

yes, a single girl that likes to have sex with multiple guys should not be insulted. That would be a girl that likes sex, and she should not be subject to "slut shaming". Additionally, if a girl fucks you on the first date, that means that she is a cool girl that likes sex, not a slut. If a girl is cheating on her boyfriend or husband, there is nothing wrong with "shaming" her as a slut. If some girl is in a relationship with a guy, and the guy says that she can fuck other guys, I don't know wha…
/r/MensRights13/02/14 04:56 PM

Yeah, but if these women knew economics a little better, they would recognize that slamming potential "customers" has a chilling effect on virtually all guys, ultimately reducing aggregate demand in those venues (bars or wherever a guy may be discouraged from trying to approach a girl).
/r/MensRights13/02/14 04:40 PM

yeah, I think both labels really come from women. Certainly, some guys will call a girl a "slut" to insult her, but IMO they are dooshbags just trying to hurt women verbally. women have an interest in other women being sexually conservative, because that essentially raises the value of the vagina. as far as the "creep" label policing sexual behaviour - it is very effective. I don't think many connections happen at bars anymore. Thank god for online dating, where you have some idea that a girl is…

Unfortunately, everything that you say is always wrong. The quote was not bastardized. I googled the quote and pulled it from the first link that came up. His actual message was as clear as day. You say that "you didn't build that" referred to roads and teachers. OK, but he said "If you have a business - you didn't build that". Why would you edit out the subject of the sentence to try to claim that he was making a point about American infrastructure and educational(!) superiority? The section ab…

Look, I showed you with the full quote that he downplayed the intelligence and work ethic of successful private sector people. That directly contradicts the ridiculous liberal take that he was simply making the most mundane point of all time, that governments fund bridges and firetrucks. He said "If you have a business - you didn't build that", and he meant exactly what he said. If you can't figure out that one of my sentences was a joke, not to be taken literally, your reality sounds a lot like…

I just read up on this law. You are right- even young white males are theoretically protected under that law. But I'll tell you - my company has anti-discrimination training every year that says that only women, racial minorities, and old people are "protected classes". I tend to believe that women can and do threaten lawsuits regarding payment and promotion practices, and I cannot envision a man in any industry attempting that.

The first to correct me? No, you are the only one who is dead wrong about that quote. Read the main section of Barack's speech "There are a lot of wealthy, successful Americans who agree with me -- because they want to give something back. They know they didn’t -- look, if you’ve been successful, you didn’t get there on your own. You didn’t get there on your own. I’m always struck by people who think, well, it must be because I was just so smart. There are a lot of smart people out there. It mus…

Correct. Now large parts of upper and middle management have become "backroom girls" making these calls under the guise of "networking". Denying that people that show technical skill can be moved up in an organization is very important to keep the promotions and raises coming for the women.

I'm glad that you are for legalization. I guess I reject the idea that pot users "fall back to earth". Pot has a mild onset and a gradual come-down. There is really no biological reason that someone cannot be high throughout all of their waking hours. With legal pot, the user has even better control of their mood as they learn about sativas and indicas, and have unlimited access. I do agree, there are probably some people so disturbed that they need professional help, but I think painting the pi…

Women in their 20's make more than men in their 20's. And the massive imbalance of money poured into girls' education versus boys' education is a complete injustice at this point, since many more girls are graduating college then men these days. The fact that the government spends big money to dissuade girls from disliking math and science is the most pathetic aspect of this funding.

There are certainly plenty of technical people that have trouble communicating to wider audiences. But, there are others that can basically do it all. This is very threatening to the Feminist Director or Vice-President in a company. In the corporate-ladder game, I have noticed many women that go out of their way to say "I can't do (technical skill)", often implying or explicitly saying that they are 'big picture' thinkers, and no one can possibly do both.

Yes, there is a macroeconomic dimension to this. But in the short to medium term, it is a major wealth transfer from deserving men to undeserving women. And this is not just in IT departments. The people resistant to change and resistant to new ideas are usually the females of an organization sitting in powerful positions. There are no laws protecting men from wage discrimination, and most men do not have the luxury of just dropping out of the workforce. It is a tragedy in slow motion, and no po…
