This is my biggest worry. I make 3x my partner. Most hospitals don’t give you more than 4-6 weeks of maternity leave. As a doctor, I know that I’ll use more than that. Depending on how pregnancy/ postpartum goes, we might be out of a salary for up to 6 months. What would we do then? I broke up with my partner because his money culture was different from mine. I’ll love for him to keep working in something he loves but his salary and lifestyle cannot sustain what we want.

Neither. I come from a culture where both of my grandfathers had more than one wife. It’s not as easy as people debate theoretically. You can never love the wives equally. I won’t be with someone without ambition either. I recently ended a relationship because of this. And we were planning a wedding for next year. Is your money enough for you now? If something happens and I cannot work, will it be enough for us? Do you want children? Would we be able to afford it? What’s your spending habits and…

Would you be willing to wait until marriage for a woman who has had sex with 1 person? I had sex with my ex (one week before we broke up). We were engaged and our family already met and we were planning our wedding. I had sex with him because in our culture parents blessings are all that’s needed for you to be together and we got it. I broke up with him when I realized our money culture is very different. His debt is more than his savings and he bought a new luxury car that he has to pay car not…

Where did I say I did not find him attractive? I talked about the scale everyone uses about here 666- height (5’6), money (I make 3x what he makes), body type (skinny fat).

I’ve never had sex with any of my partners in the past because I grew up in a culture where you only have one sexual partner. This is why I said sexual attraction is different for me. The person I was sexually attracted to was in high school where everything we talked about then was attraction and sex. At least at my high school, no one was talking about marriage and deep meanings of relationships. As an adult, I told everyone I dated that I won’t have sex with them so there is no differing opin…

Lol. You’re very funny. If that is what you understood from my comment then I have nothing else to say

I’ve only been sexually attracted to one of my exes from the beginning. My other relationships stemmed from the way they treated me. Sexual attraction is different for me though as I did not have sex with anyone of them. My current partner is not high on the attractiveness scale. He’s not muscular, not tall, he makes okay money but not one that would make women chase him. Gosh, is he kind, attentive, says sorry when he messes up, and understands my cultural/ religious beliefs without any pressur…

The same way I feel about any stranger on the street. I mind the business that pays me. They are not a threat to me in anyway. Not sexually, because the man that would want me (cis male) will not want them. Not physically, as there are many women that look better than me or worse than me. Wherever they stand, add one more person to either side of the aisle.

Interesting. I do not know most women so cannot comment on that. However, that man is not very good looking to me.

This question has been ask of me by at least 4 people. Many of them think I’m better than my partner in multiple ways. I make about 3x more than he does I am a virgin (disclaimer I’ve kissed 3 men in my life) and he’s had 4 sexual partners in the past I am physically more fit. He used to be overweight and now just skinny fat. he is my height (5’6). My ex was 6’2 There are many men that could match me and everything I have however they’re not him. He listens, he cares, he prays and most important…

Most women? You mean more than 50% of women?

I’m a Christian and I do not support majority of the things the Catholic Church says (letting my bias known). I grew up in a religious home. My father was an accountant and a pastor (now retired) and my mother was an elementary school principal and the children ministry pastor (now retired). My parents worked while heading the church and the only money they received from the church was them paying my father’s phone bill. He had to pick up all the calls for the church. When my father lost his job…

And that is okay if you don’t believe me.

I’ve been with my partner longer than that without sex or bj. I don’t know how I kept him except he wanted to be kept. We travel together, we like hotel hopping, I make him exercise and do skincare routines for him. He vents on my behalf how taxing my job is which makes me think he’s so adorable.

Are you a black woman? How do you know this?

I see and feel what you’re saying. A well put together woman is very inviting. Not only to men but everyone around. However, you should understand this takes effort and money. Gel manicure and pedicure will cost about $80 without tips. Eyebrow waxing, threading, lamination etc is another $50. Makeup are very expensive. The amount of time it takes to get this thing done is another 45-60 minutes. I grew up in a religious household where makeup and some other things are frowned upon. Now that I liv…

Yes. Because people always say here not to talk about the future. At least I know for now, it hasn’t crossed my mind

Absolutely not. He’s not a loser. He’s a lawyer. He loves what he does and I love that about him. I just have better earning potential

I’m a medical doctor and my boyfriend is a lawyer. Dating a doctor is an acquired taste. The physical, mental and emotional requirements of the job can suck the life out of your partner. I’m grateful my partner has siblings that are doctors so they’ve seen the toll it takes and therefore he’s more gracious about my lack of free time. I did not seek out to date him however, we were introduced to each other. I stopped dating at age 23, because I did not have time for hookup culture when I have med…

Zilch. I’m a medical doctor. I make pretty good 6 figures and about 3x my current partner. I’ll never be out of job. Your money is an added bonus such that we can take turns paying for vacation.
