It just got Dusty in here. My kids are my life. They're such good boys and today I looked at them and realized how short life is. Just yesterday they were in diapers cuddling on the couch, now I can see them becoming young men. They're both strong and handsome and have wonderful personalities. My oldest said to me this morning "dad you're like a teacher to us". I explained to them that this world is hard and I want them to be prepared for whatever life throws their way.

I would definitely not recommend accutane. The side effects are awful and it's not worth the risk. Maybe you should invest in a trainer. True there are many online resources, but if you're starting late in life there's a higher chance that your form will be off. If you want to stay healthy, start off slow and find someone to correct your form. It's easy to go too heavy just because you can, but take advantage of this time to learn proper form with light weight
