Read the linked study

A difference is still a difference, technically. It's just for the people who want to see actual controlled data. Historically women were brought to workplaces to get cheap workforce and it's (wage gap) been gradually closing. At a percent it's very good but not equal. The study has very interesting results on race though.

Not in this study. It was a controlled study. Uncontrolled one was worse for the reasons you mentioned. Always read the paper and don't make your own assumptions. Exact same job, qualifications, work time, time off. https://www.payscale.com/research-and-insights/gender-pay-gap/

This data isn't: it's controlled. The uncontrolled one is way worse looking because it compares average salaries. Controlled group had the exact same job and qualifications. https://www.payscale.com/research-and-insights/gender-pay-gap/ Maternity leave point only applies if you're in the US. In many countries men can also keep maternity leave. Here in my country up to 2 years. Stay at home moms is a symptom of overpriced daycare, which also is an American problem. Like I said the difference is v…

Even when comparing the sexes with the same job title at the same company and using similar education and experience, the gender pay gap persists: Men earned 2.4 percent more than women on average, down slightly from last year, PayScale said. So it's not a big difference but it's true.

I was beaten brutally by my boyfriend and I was literally trapped in another EU country so it was extremely hard to get rid of him because everything I did was under a microscope. 3 months later my fathers 50's birthday comes up and I see my excuse to leave. So I understand women who literally feel trapped but being a woman is still no excuse to take someone's life. It's kind of stopping down to your abusers level. I did obviously dodge a bullet since he killed his next girlfriend

How is she acting like an asshole or using her gender as an excuse? Sometimes this sub is just wayyy off mark

Sorry meant height not weight. Yeah being fat makes you look lazy, there's no way around that. You can choose to be fit but you can't choose your height.

Ppl here pretending like you'd find quality women in tinder. Hobbies and stuff like that is the way

This seems entirely an American problem, I've never seen or heard someone be ridiculed for their height in anywhere else in the world.

It's different if you want the child and you're waiting for it to be born vs. a pregnancy that you don't want to/can't carry to term. They don't kill babies in abortion clinics. You're talking like they take a full developed baby and whack it to the wall by it's legs. 5 weeks in the "baby" is the size of a 5 cent (euro) coin. Want to stop abortions? Free/affordable contraceptives. Proper sex education. Making abortion illegal only means that more and more women will perform it without medical ai…

I remember this meme, it apparently wasn't true and the girl actually got a lot of hate for a photoshopped comment. Sorry you've been rejected because of your height. I've never met anyone that really cares about height so it must be an American thing.

Not really. It's easy to get into nursing school, they will always have a secure job. It tends to be very tempting even if you really don't wanna do it. This lady is a fucking degenerate though.

Finally the middle class paradox is breaking down, the fact is most people don't have anything to do with their lives so they distract themselves with social media and consumable goods. Boredom is good for you. If you use it creatively.

6 hours a day is more productive. We switched to that at my workplace and the wellness and motivation to work grew so much we all got a raise this year. The whole point of industrial revolution was to make people work less, but our blind consumerism for cheap, useless distractions just led us into this trap. Fuck the nature as long as I can buy a new phone (the same) every year right? The middle class is just distracting itself with all this and I hope this situation will make people realize aft…

I've said it so many times, this sub isn't what it used to be. Just a video about a woman being stupid isn't PPD...
/r/PussyPassDenied14/03/20 11:00 AM

Yeah agreed. It's way less hassle to just cope with the situation than to blow the whistle if you're the victim. But the person who's witnessing this could also blow the whistle.

I feel this is an American problem lol. In Europe literally no one cares if you're a man alone with a kid. More I hear about Americans the more I appreciate my safe surroundings

Seems to me there's loads of people agreeing with me since I've said this before and it got loads of upvotes. As much as I've reduced coming here I still come and see what's up when this happens to be on my front page and you're right nothing's changed Shame, used to be a fun sub
/r/PussyPassDenied06/11/19 09:32 AM

Yup, this shit is straight up incel and I've said it here before. This is a sub for women using their gender as an excuse for bad behavior, not low key complaining about women going with the worst option when dating. Sorry but the mods aren't doing their job properly.

Nah mate sorry your relationships lack intimacy and respect, but my relationship definitely doesn't.

Well, we aren't getting any kids so that isn't true in my situation. Obviously situations vary

Way to generalize all men into one category "men want sex" I married because I wanted commitment and our double paycheck with no kids leaves us with like 3000 extra every month, plus I get to hang out with the most amazing woman I know. Definitely wouldn't be here if it was just the sex

I swear this sub used to be so much funnier when it was about privileged women trying to justify doing stupid shit trying to blame it on their gender, now it's just a bunch of incels complaining about women because they've never actually even interacted with one I'm married and used to frequent this sub but now it's just unbearable

Married people earn double so technically I am richer now than ever

I had this fucking huge dude in my circle of friends who always got ladies in the club go home with him. He definitely was a stud and lit up the room every time he walked in with his amazing happy personality. RIP

I know, this sub used to be funny but now it's really not even that. Quality has gone down
