1	Need to vent Child support is fixed based on income, Spousal is somewhat negotiable, unless ordered by the court. She can waive spousal or negotiate a lower amount, child support is non negotiable. 1	For those of you who had to go through “war” in your divorce I want to hear your story and how you made it out.
