In India where I live, as long as a man is earning well, his parents can find him a nice woman for marriage without too many issues. Same in Middle East/conservative cultures. Russia also has a massive excess of women. I’ve always thought Eastern Europeans are more conservative from my experience, and sometimes more traditional/family oriented as well.
