Fair enough. However I think it's stupid to say only 18+. I say adolescence during mid-late puberty if you want to have people wait to decide. I see your points & they are valid. However, I disagree, because there are so many negatives that go with choosing to be circumcised when you are an adult with the only positive being that of choice. I highly doubt anyone would go out & decide to be circumcised when they have seen their dick like it is for at least 18 years of living, if not more. The pain, the difficulty recovering from the surgery, it's mostly cosmetic so insurance wouldn't pay for it, etc. Sure, my definition it is mutilation…
