I don't remember where I read this, but think of crime bosses or prison yard alphas. They themselves were decently strong but they were the ones with the ideas and the intelligence. They always had an enforcer who was usually much stronger physically. So I would say brains are more important to be alpha.

What this guy said. Seriously, OP, Ignoring the email is silly. You are an adult. Just respond to her by letting her know what happened, thank her for the concern, send, then move on! If she tries to escalate simply tell her straight up you arent interested. Simple as that.

To be fair, redpillers agree you need a little bit of blue pill in an LTR

Turn around. Smirk and give a little chuckle. Then continue what you were doing.

Well said OP. But are you sure you didn't mean stephen covey's 7 habits?

Im really glad you asked this, OP. I, too, have wondered about these issues. If anyone can answer this question I have similar to this theme.. Does this philosophy of texting and communication apply with college girls, too?

I am confused. You won't sleep in the couch but you don't mind paying for a hotel to sleep there?

I don't see things like that, because I'd do anything for her. I want put her happiness before mine. I just want someone to understand and hug me. These are all extremely blue pillish statements. You sound a lot like what I used to be. Keep reading literature. Keep reading posts and eventually you will have an epiphany where you will know exactly why these statements you made about her make you seem absolutely ridiculous. There is still hope for you, my friend. I had a oneitis too, but having go…

This article is ridiculous. Plenty of women actually don't know if they are attracted and can lose interest in someone very quickly. A first kiss is definitely not necessary either. Every girl is different.

Your mother wouldn't want you to. You'll understand when you have kids.

Met a girl up at a party and I was one of the few guys in complete control of my actions. She couldn't get enough of how I handeled myself at the center of attention or when talking to (messing around with) the sloppy drunks. She was one of those girls everyone in the room was staring at and I was the one to take her down later that week. Ive lived by that code ever since. Good post mate.

This FR hits home for me. Oneitis eventually appeared with this one girl I was seeing and before I knew it she wanted to "just be friends." I'm not expecting a miracle like OP's to happen but now I know I gotta fake it a little while longer while dating her first few weeks or months. This post re-established that notion.

I had a problem with talking really fast. I tried making myself more aware of what I said and spoke more slowly and clearly.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
