I have been lifting for 15 years... I don't recommend bulking and utter surplus calories diet. Over eating messes with your metabolism. I eat a balanced diet almost the whole year and 6 weeks prior my vacation I do a little diet for cutting a just a few pounds. In resume, unless you are a dedicated body builder or strongman bulking/cutting is not worth it.

Friends and hoes don't go in the same sentence. Friendship isn't about hoes hunting. Friendship has nothing to do with trp seduction/gaming strategy. Other than that, if you are looking a hobby were people are united enough for hanging out, I would say team based sport or small niche sports: Rugby (or the most popular contact sport in your area that encourages teamwork), small cross fit clubs, mma gyms. I'm a purple belt Bjj, the vibe in Bjj is great in generally all gyms.
