I wouldn't say that recording them is illegal, because it's not. Likewise, if they are just incidentally recorded in the process of recording something else (for example, taking a picture of someone when photographing the eiffel tower) I would say that it is in bad taste, and anyone doing it should stop, or be kicked out of the gym. Obviously you don't value your privacy, but there are tons of people who would really prefer not to have what amounts to paparazzi taking videos of them.

On the rape question: If I knew both of the people and I knew them both to be generally honest people, I would believe the accuser when they said they had been raped, and I would believe the accused when they said they didn't do it. I'm saying the exact opposite of that. I do recognize that there are unique problems men face. Women, for the most part, are ignorant of them. They are bad, and should be eliminated. I'm just saying that the root cause of these problems is not feminism but is traditional society. Because the root of the problem is the same as the root of the problems that women face, both causes can and should work together.

I would imagine that the rape law in the US was updated largely on fear of gay men. I know that there are some "feminists" who it seems just hate or fear men. I think that misogyny and misandry in our society are rooted in the same thing. We see women as prizes and men as tools. Society tells men that they are only valuable as their usefulness, and women that they can't be useful. Society tells women that their feelings are the only way to interact with something, while it tells men that they don't have feelings. It's not a zero sum game, and I think gender equality needs to be fought for from both sides.
