The whole comic is him imagining their life and coming back to the real world at the end and saying he wants to hold her a bit longer. Was the same guy throughout.

Apparently they somehow thought people who support mens' rights would be against a nice, positive comic and they could score points with it. Ideologues gonna ideologue.

No. Not really any equivocation needed. Individuals are moral. Not one gender or the other.

I believe in more of a red-pill-basic-package(more like the kind of thing karen straughn has spoken about I think) kind of thing? I think being assertive and not being a bitch is enough without being super-macho-alpha-compensating-for-something. I know evolutionary biology does in fact influence the majority of our interactions, though we have a good amount of leeway, given we ourselves know how our biology is trying to make us act. I don't know about any of the other more in-depth rules, I've n…

One of these things can be further responded to, the other... well again, nuh-uh.

That was hyperbole based on the feminine emotional response to children(hyperbole which tumblr seems to think is the proper response to anything that has hurt you ever). The feminine side of the equation tends to be emotionally sensitive and emotional empathy, where-as the masculine side of the parenting is usually based on a more stoic, stand-you-up-and-brush-you-off, setting boundaries kind of way. Which is why as male parenthood has waned significantly and single-motherhood has been rising, y…

This is one thing I find incredibly irksome that keeps coming up. toxic masculinity Which seems to be defined more accurately as "a toxic view of gender roles" as defined by pretty much everyone using it. Which strikes me as funny that it's suddenly labeled as masculinity. No one seems to realize that kind of constant attack rhetoric is what inflames the opposition. What's worse, the feminist solution to the issue is "the only good masculinity is femininity." Empathy isn't a solely feminine trai…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
