Would anyone be up for talking about it?Stop seeking approval, stop caretaking, put yourself and your needs first, stop settling for scraps(starfish sex) , be proactive for your responsibilities, own your masculinity, step into male friendships and do stuff with them. Be ready to rock the boat /confront instead of being a pussy,set boundaries with others, stop putting women on a pedestal and live your life without shame. Would anyone be up for talking about it?This book has a few "breaking free" exercises which are meant to be done with other struggling guys and mentors who can show the way.. Like sharing your upbringing, telling about your addictions, slip ups and owning your shit.. Being vulnerable mostly and gaining feedback to jump back in the race. I get your point but these steps are necessary to recovery for guys with no father figure/positive male influence in life. I suggest you check out this book too. We're not discussing the book..
